Two sisters, new to the Kawani lands, seek to create a clan of friendly, magical, colorful Soquili. The seek others like them who bear a mark on their rump, called a 'Cutie Mark.' Led by the wise Princess Celestia, Equestrians believe these 'Cutie Marks' are signs from the Spirits, indicating that that Soquili is destined to excel at something special.

Personality: Celestia is a very wise leader and teacher, though she prefers to lead from behind - using her encouragement and wit to push her followers to find their confidence in her themselves. She can dose out the tough love when its needed, and will often set up elaborate situations to test or push her follows into doing the right thing. She always rewards good behavior, and gently corrects bad behavior with compassion and reflection.

History: No one knows exactly where Celestia comes from, but she arrived in the Kawani lands with her sister, Nightmare Moon (sometimes referred to as Luna or Princess Luna) and immediately took to finding others like her that bore a cutie mark. She calls herself a 'princess' and has a crown; though under whose authority is a bit of a mystery.

Personality: Nightmare Moon (birthname: Luna) is a misguided, vindictive mare. She's not evil per se... her sister tries to keep her in check, but she still feels, in her heart, that a good part of her life was stolen from her. Still disgruntled about her thousand-year imprisonment, she's constantly struggling between the scared little filly of her youth, and the strong, sexy, confident mare she became that, unfortunately, still carries the stain her reputation form her tumultuous past. Her sister, Princess Celestia, is patient and kind to her, hoping one day to get the little sister Luna back how she remembers her.

History: No one knows if its true, but the rumor has it little Princess Luna grew so jealous of her sister Princess Celestia that her heart grew dark and she tried to dethrone her and take her place as the true crown princess. Celestia overcame her attack, and imprisoned her for a thousand years. Reformed now, she is back at Celestia's side as Princess, but she still harbors a grudge.

Personality: Despite his small stature as a flutter, Stardust's personality exceeds that of even much larger soquili. He is loud, boisterous, and truly a lover of life and experiences. He's full of boundless energy - living hard, and will deal with the consequences... tomorrow. He loves being at the center of attention, and always acts like he's putting on a show. And he's willing to do almost anything for attention - be it boisterous behavior or painful, cutting-edge fashion.

History: A child of the 'Twisted Tunnel' Stardust always felt like a bit of an outsider. He found his soulmate in Nightmare Moon, and came to live with her in Equestria.
