Eheh. Oops~ Kagerou lost the Lia's trust. A sad thing, but not one she regretted. The pet could get angry for her master all she liked, Kagerou would not back down from her choice to teach him a lesson through pain, and in clear declaration of this, she spared a few seconds to stare head-on into Lia's eyes, meeting bared fangs with a calm smile. Her gaze returned to Zai just in time to catch that pout. An amused glimmer ran through her face once again, this time one she failed to catch and hide before it occurred. Did he want to fight her? Well, to be honest, he'd probably win.
Kagerou proceeded to heal Zai's ear as described with a calm and even temperament, unaffected by the clicking claws behind her.
Between the pout and the earnest look he gave as understanding crept across his face after Kagerou's simple explanation, Kagerou admitted he was cute, her smile widening as she observed. Then Lia growled behind her, and Kagerou, not knowing better, glanced behind her to see what it was. Zai answered from front, though, which told the girl that Lia was probably saying something to Zai. She guessed it was something about her... Hm... Zai thought she was friendly? Well, that was good to hear.
Anyways, as Zai and Lia had that silent back and forth, Kagerou used a few more hand signs. Hydrogen peroxide could clean the blood within the ears, but it took time. Zai and Lia were both itching to leave, and considering the current circumstances, Kagerou had the foresight to know now wasn't the time to make them wait and wait. Her hands glowed with a clean chakra. Once Zai turned his head to her, Kagerou would hover her hands over his ears again and channel her chakra into the interior of the ear canal to clean all of the gunk inside of there.
"Zai," Kagerou repeated the name once she withdrew her hand and heard through everything Zai had to say, "and certainly, you may leave now if you'd like. You and your..." She left the end of her sentence hanging as she nodded to the black cat. "I don't think I caught her name."

The range for this is fifty [50] feet. ____Open Minded → Your focus relies more on sensory than on sealing. You are allowed to have a mirrored amount of your total ninjutsu slots exclusively for sensory. In addition, you are able to discover things such as demon chakra, or the type of technique that is about to be active (Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, etc.), even specifics such as Bloodline type and rank from any active sensory technique. This discipline allows the user to be able to sense their enemy’s ninjutsu attacks and their composition, which grants a -1 rank deduction to dodging with the dodge mechanic X-ranked skill so long as it was used within the range of the user’s sensory abilities. Universal Attributes
• Kiritani Heritage - The Kiritani, the maternal side of Kagerou's family, have a long tradition of serving Kirigakure from the shadows and high standards to match. Being able to cast techniques without hand signs is what they consider the bare minimum, and they expect no less from Kagerou despite her Uchiha surname. Kagerou can replace hand signs/seals with equivalent gestures and motion from the wrists or fingers of one hand. • Hippocratic Oath - Whatever it takes from her, Kagerou is determined to save every life she can, more so than taking any. When a healing eiseijutsu is used, a single healing or situational eiseijutsu of lower rank can be supplemented onto it for no extra cost in chakra or activation. This includes augment techniques. • Nightmare Veteran - There's really no place like home. Even genjutsu struggles to match hellish nightmare created from the mind of an exhausted Jack, and this experience, along with several others, has left the already naturally calm Kagerou even better suited to remain composed in the face of any pressure. She is adept at seeing through genjutsu, and even when she can't (or if the horror turns out to not be genjutsu at all), she's still incredibly difficult to ruffle to the point that once Kagerou recognizes the genjutsu, it loses much of its potency. A recognized genjutsu of lower rank than Kagerou cannot inflict real injuries on Kagerou, and while her physical body within the genjutsu is still affected as normal--being pushed, pulled, bound, or what have you--emotional and other strictly mental sensations have no hold on her. • Inkapocalypse - You thought this was a pun on Inka, but it was me! Dio! Bad jokes aside, the PA really isn't about Inka. Dissatisfied by her cluelessness during the Sero pod event, Kagerou spent days researching sealing, and through sheer repetition, it's become easier for her to use seals. She can write seals up to her body rank on the fly, using even her own chakra manifestation if necessary. Writing a seal takes up the same activation as using it, and in the case when her chakra manifestation is used to form a seal, her chakra becomes visible to the naked eye and she can only extend her manifestation as far as 1m away from her body. For the purposes of this PA, Fuuinjutsu includes the Kuchiyose techniques. When a chakra manifestation seal absorbs something, said something is considered to be stored within her chakra manifestation until it is later released with the appropriate technique. • Blood Moon - In the light of the blood moon, Kagerou maintained her calm and spread it to others. Since then, such a practice has imprinted itself into her eiseijutsu. Targets of Kagerou's eiseijutsu can korabo their kai with the eiseijutsu technique, increasing the strength of their kai by one rank. As per korabo rules, the eiseijutsu technique and kai must be the same base rank.
Medical Job Attributes
• Iryo-nin I - Kagerou can retrain [Medical] jutsu into those with a [MEDIC] tag on the end of them. [MEDIC] jutsu exhibit healing properties equal to their rank and are considered to be [Medical] and eiseijutsu. • A Sound Mind I - Due to her training in the psychiatry medical field, Kagerou knows when someone is deceiving her. Note that this does not mean she knows the details of the deception, such as how she is being deceived, what she is being deceived on, to what extent the deception goes, etc. This PA can be countered by either an opposing PA and a higher rank in the psychiatry medical field or by a technique above or at Kagerou's body rank that can obscure truth and lies. • A Sound Mind II - Due to her training in the psychiatry medical field, Kagerou is adept at deceiving others. She doesn't give those telltale signs, down to even the smallest detail, that others use as indicators of truth and lie. Laelia growled angrily as the green haired woman had turned to her and maintained direct eye contact, the panther's eyes remained locked on the woman's as well and was surprised to find the woman had not flinched away from the sight. A show of dominance in most large animals would be to maintain eye contact which potentially produced hostility in which case it just forced the feline's fur to fluff up as the agitated growls and snarls continued from the feline's maw. Zai was...not a fan of the two's current interactions, but the second the woman broke eye contact Lia visibly relaxed and merely chuffed in aggravation at the doctor. The dark skinned male sighed lightly at the panther who was now in a bad mood, that wasn't exactly good for him. After getting his ear healed he would wait patiently as he would find liquid in his ears causing him to stiffen at the cold sensation as well as hearing the bubbling and sizzling in his ears. It tickled and gave him a weird chill that rolled through him, he twitched once or twice at the weird feeling in his ears, it wasn't bad exactly, but not comfortable in the slightest. When the sound had vanished and the dry feeling in his ears had gone away he would hear his name...rather his shortened name repeated back to him, he'd not slowly at the dismissal to leave and the okay to continue his duties as a shinobi. Standing as the woman trailed off while looking back towards Laelia who in turn snarled with anger her tail lashing, "Laelia." he stated as he walked forward and reached forward his hand easily covering the large cat's muzzle and eyes before running back over her head. Nails dug into the fur behind her ears causing her face to relax as she pressed back into the hand, "She's nice." he stated simply, "When not pissed off." he murmured amiably as a small smile crawled into his face, "Tch, the woman has no manners." the cat chuffed back pulling away from his hand and turning to the door, "Hm." he rolled his eyes before waving to Kagerou, "Thank you Kagerou." he stated simply before opening the door to allow Lia through first with him trailing after the large cat.

The door opened as Akoto spun around to face whoever it was...and nearly felt her heart hit the floor right then and there. Kagerou was looking at the room and how she had fared since returning from her mission. The genin would feel tears well into her eyes again as the furious dog would be sated and unconscious for the time being. She embraced the child as Akoto would finally let the well of tears slip past her. "Kage-chan!" she cried, hugging her tight. "There-There was blood everywhere, and he talked bad about you an-and I yelled at him and he kept hurting himself and I was so scared..." She continued to babble on while wiping her eyes, cheek stained with some blood and her dress more or less ruined by the some liquid.

Zaiden's excuse earned a short laugh from Kagerou, less so from him and more from the similarities it bore to another cat-like person she knew. Then again, perhaps because it was a cat and a cat-like. Regardless, it would probably only prove to strengthen the panther's point that Kagerou "had no manners." Really, though, she wasn't allowed to relax?
The answer to that rhetorical question was actually a no. After waving off Zaiden and Laelia, Kagerou only stayed in the office for a few more minutes to tidy up. Once there was a no wax paper sheet on the bed and the supplied had been all placed away, an overwhelming urge to nap overtook Kagerou. She, of course, didn't listen to it. She had three clones running around the place, after all. She did, however, allow herself to be at rest. A breather for a short moment, leaning against the counter she had just wiped down.
Tired as she was, she still smiled. It was her natural disposition to. Though she was supposed to be taking a rest, her mind still worked and planned. It was how she was trained to do. She could feel it, a threat was incoming. It appeared, she should prepare to show all of her cards very soon. She had to go home now more than before, but should she do so alone?

At the very least, she would take Akoto with her. This had been something considered so much in advance that even Kagerou's clone was rolling the idea around in her head as she hugged the small, shaking body of her junior. Fellow medics from the same village, though the two only knew each other professionally while in the village, they'd grown much closer since finding each other in the, back then, foreign Arashigakure and bonding over their shared origins.
Kagerou smiled, bemused, at Akoto's shivering at all of the blood, but she didn't exactly dislike that the younger medic was this sensitive. It showed how much Akoto cared, as well as her innocence. People like Akoto were very much needed as people like her mother, Kagerou felt.
"Akoto, were you really that scared?" Kagerou chided gently as she wiped off the tears and blood on Akoto's face with a segment of her sleeve that was reasonably clean, "You're not hurt anywhere, right? He is a tough patient. You were very brave, and thank you for standing up for me. He looks all healed up, so I think you did a good job."
The kunoichi's red gaze shifted from Akoto to the pup lying in the bed and heaved a hidden sigh. Judging from how Akoto spoke of it, it seemed like she was only barely able to keep him alive. Kagerou's hug around Akoto tightened. She felt like she had perhaps misjudged somewhere, but at the same time, she didn't regret sending Akoto to handle this patient. It was likely good experience for her, even if it wasn't a good experience. Not wanting to scare her away from patients like these any further, Kagerou didn't want to discourage Akoto by telling her that she should have prioritized caring for the patient over defending a friend's reputation. Besides, it probably wasn't a big issue.
Loosening her grip on Akoto, Kagerou kneeled down. Looking up at Akoto in a nonthreatening manner, her slender hands holding Akoto's even smaller ones, Kagerou asked gently, "Okay, Akoto. Can you tell me what happened while I was gone? Then, I want you to clean your face a bit then head to room seven right down the corridor, okay?". If Akoto listened, she would find Kagerou, the real Kagerou, resting in the room, completely unaware of what was going on with the other clones she had sent out.

In response to her question, Akoto nodded her head as the Kagerou clone would wipe the tears and blood smear from her face. "Yeah. Akito kept opening his wounds and no matter how many I healed, more opened. I dunno how, b-but I did it. I'm okay. He didn't hurt me." Her question made it a relevant point in her mind if Kagerou assigned her this mission specifically with the intent in mind to make her think seriously about injuries to herself. Still, a good job was a good job. Details were just sorta mucky all around.
Her next set of orders were given, getting all cleaned up and then heading towards room seven. They held hands, Akoto giving a nod (though her face was still rather sullen) and soon raced off to the nearby bathroom to get ready with such. She would quickly run some hot water and brush some of the blood and markings off of her face, leaving behind the smooth skin underneath. The entire process took but a few minutes. After stepping foot outside, she quickly raced towards room 7 as she was asked and found Kagerou there resting to herself. Akoto didn't want to bother her any, so she quietly sat down next to her and waited.

The duo had hardly made it through the door before people were being cycled through in a large group. Gasps of surprise and dismay erupted around the two as the large cat had filed out first, immediate agitation rolled through the dark skinned male at the many eyes that focused on him and then Laelia. Growls rumbled in her throat as people side stepped her in the hallway as Zai had pressed himself into the door with a tensed up body, he couldn't stand loads of people. Now that he thought about it the village would most likely feel much more crowded to him due to being trapped in less dangerous areas. His family home was always crowded with the pack of dogs and the shinobi, but now places like the temple where he tended to relax and train would possibly be off limits. Laelia could easily pick up on Zai's feelings as she snarled and hissed at those that took a step too close, her back and side pressed into the others leg in a protective stance as he fumbled for the handle after about five to six minutes of blatant staring and fear. Opening the door back up and finding Kagerou leaning against the counter after cleaning up he would grimace, "Ah." he sought to explain as Laelia prowled in backwards and pushed the door closed with her paw, "This is not good for you." the cat grumbled, "It's too crowded." he murmured looking fairly sheepish as he had intended the words for both females. Laelia snuffed and sat down, "....is there a way to get back to the ground?" he questioned wanting nothing more then to get off the floating island for a bit and breath.

Of course, Kagerou wouldn't keep her small friend waiting for long. While the original Kagerou pieced together Akoto's sudden appearance here, Akoto would get another head pat. The older woman didn't have the memories of her yet intact clone, but since Akoto got here so smoothly and sat next to her without hesitation, then she must have been sent here by the clone made to check in on her.
Kagerou would received the details of Akoto's exploits from the clone once it expired, she was sure. She knew that she would definitely ask about the patient. Moreover, she couldn't imagine needing to tend to Akito until after said clone expired. Therefore, she had a different priority in questions than her copy. "How do you feel?" ranked top in the list.

Since Zai was no longer hurt, and this was their second meeting in a sense, Kagerou felt like being more playful. Doing just that, she teased lightly, "Well, you can always jump to the ground~" as she rocked her head lightly back and forth with the rhythm of her words.
Of course, she wouldn't give Zai room to misunderstand her, and before he would be able to glare at her and leave without another word, she promptly added in, "I don't think there is a way down, at least not according to what I heard passing through the crowd... You'd need to devise your own means." She swept a piercing, yet still smiling, gaze over Zai's body as she stood up and walked across the room to a bookshelf. She doubted he would be able to devise his own means, at least not any time soon. "It's not good to be so bothered by crowds. However, it's also not good to force yourself, and with Arashigakure on, basically, a lockdown because of its current... lack of geographical position, unfortunately, I think you'll be hard-pressed to find much solitude in the village. If you'd like," Kagerou invited as she flipped through a book, "I intend to take a short trip out of Arashigakure to make some preparations. You are free to accompany me if you'd like. You'll probably need permission and some sort of reason. We can call it an... educational training excursion?". Her hand soundlessly tapped the spine of the book in her hands as she read. There was, at one point, a rather out of place "snap," but then nothing else after it. [Learn 5 Ninjutsu Techniques.]
Right after asking Zai this question, Kagerou also tilted her head in Akoto's direction, but kept her eyes upon reading through the contents of the text, evidently, titled "Miscellaneous Ninjutsu Techniques." She had extended an invitation to Zai on a whim. Of course, she would do the same with Akoto, who she had been planning to invite for quite a while already, "Akoto, I hope you are able to accompany me as well. I plan to visit my family's house in Mizu no Kuni. It might be just a brief trip, but if you're feeling homesick for Kirigakure, then it might help." Keeping the book in hand, Kagerou rubbed the space between her eyebrows in thought as she returned to where she was previously leaning against the counter. "By the way, Akoto... what are your elemental affinities again?". Kagerou couldn't say for sure, but just now... she felt that something about Akoto wasn't the same as before. Clone-gerou turned to the unconscious Akito after Akoto left.
What could Kagerou say? Akito had made Akoto cry, but Akito was a patient. Kagerou had a soft spot for patients, and she more or less understood why Akito was so foul tempered. She couldn't blame him. She simply... needed to find a way to crack his shell.
Kagerou looked down at Akito and took out any medical equipment that might be attached to his body. Took them out and moved them away. Akoto really had done a good job with healing the pupper's physical injuries. Okay, so that Akoto's good work didn't go to waste, Kagerou needed to do her share, too! Taking loooots of bandages, Kagerou, with a mischievous glint in her eyes, began Akito-proofing Akito himself. First, swaddle the hands in layers upon layers so that there were basically no-claw mittens. Sure, Akito might be able to get his claws out, but good luck actually getting them through the cloth wrapped right around his hand.
What was that? This was a waste of bandages? Look, half the night shift staff saw what Akito did to his last room. Surely, the cost of bandages would be less than the cost of damages. Following that logic, it was incredibly tempting to tie up Akito the rest of the way, however, Clone-gerou decided against it. If she wanted to tie up Akito, then she wouldn't even be here contemplating on waking up.
The real Kagerou wasn't too terribly far away, so she would be able to come quickly if anything happened. Still, it was better to try to not disappear for as long as possible. Therefore, Clone-garou kept itself self-conscious about the distance between itself and Akito. After tapping him gently until he awoke, Clonegerou backed up and gave Akito an arm's reach worth space.
"Sorry to wake you up, remember me?" Clonegerou greeted first, "I just wanted to try to talk to you again. That, and strike a deal with you for your life. Care to hear me out?".

Louder sounds travel farther. It effectively works like echolocation, giving the user a display of the path in which the sound travels for one [1] full post. Kenchiki: Shunshin [ Sensor: Body Flicker ] Rank: D Description: Allows the user to jump to anywhere within one kilometer, so long as he/she can sense the destination. Upon landing at the destination, locational information on everything within three [3] meters is automatically transferred to the user. Retains the three limits per battle that all forms of shunshin have.
Ryouken [ Hunting Dog ] Rank: D Description: After inscribing a personal rune on something, the user can track the affected object over great distances so long as the rune remains. Each activation gives the user a general direction in which to travel, becoming less useful the farther away the rune is. Hofuku Kageboushi [ Creeping Silhouette ] Rank: B Description: Marks a surface of up to 50 square meters in size for observation. When anyone aside from the user enters the domain, the user is notified. The user is aware of everything the target has while within the range, from the relative size of the Chakra pools, the target’s elemental affinities, bloodline type (if any) and affinity for certain types of Jutsu are assessed (lets the user know if the target specializes in Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, etc. In addition, any genjutsu cast upon the user while the user is within their sensory range are treated as one rank less in power. Does not have an upkeep cost, but the user must focus on the area in question to sustain the flow of information, consuming one activation per post.
Haiiro no Kiri [ Gray Fog ] Rank: B Description: A technique which allows the user to send out a thin blanket of their own chakra around a specific area. The fog is unnoticeable without the assistance of chakra detecting dojutsu or sensory techniques. The fog allows allies with Korabo bonds to the user to be relayed the same sensory benefits as the user obtains. In addition, any target bound by the dragon tattoo also receives these benefits. Fog last for eight post.
Kagura Shingan [ Kagura Mind's Eye ] Rank: X [learned as B] Description: User must remain still for one full post before technique takes effect. Starting at two [2] kilometers at E-rank, range is increased by two [2] kilometers per rank. Information gained from technique is fairly vague and limited to location and chakra capacity unless the user has the Resolution discipline, in which more detailed information such as elemental affinities or bloodline can be determined. Technique remains active until the user moves. Those of the Oracle discipline can use this technique even while moving.

The range for this is fifty [50] feet. ____Open Minded → Your focus relies more on sensory than on sealing. You are allowed to have a mirrored amount of your total ninjutsu slots exclusively for sensory. In addition, you are able to discover things such as demon chakra, or the type of technique that is about to be active (Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, etc.), even specifics such as Bloodline type and rank from any active sensory technique. This discipline allows the user to be able to sense their enemy’s ninjutsu attacks and their composition, which grants a -1 rank deduction to dodging with the dodge mechanic X-ranked skill so long as it was used within the range of the user’s sensory abilities. Universal Attributes
• Kiritani Heritage - The Kiritani, the maternal side of Kagerou's family, have a long tradition of serving Kirigakure from the shadows and high standards to match. Being able to cast techniques without hand signs is what they consider the bare minimum, and they expect no less from Kagerou despite her Uchiha surname. Kagerou can replace hand signs/seals with equivalent gestures and motion from the wrists or fingers of one hand. • Hippocratic Oath - Whatever it takes from her, Kagerou is determined to save every life she can, more so than taking any. When a healing eiseijutsu is used, a single healing or situational eiseijutsu of lower rank can be supplemented onto it for no extra cost in chakra or activation. This includes augment techniques. • Nightmare Veteran - There's really no place like home. Even genjutsu struggles to match hellish nightmare created from the mind of an exhausted Jack, and this experience, along with several others, has left the already naturally calm Kagerou even better suited to remain composed in the face of any pressure. She is adept at seeing through genjutsu, and even when she can't (or if the horror turns out to not be genjutsu at all), she's still incredibly difficult to ruffle to the point that once Kagerou recognizes the genjutsu, it loses much of its potency. A recognized genjutsu of lower rank than Kagerou cannot inflict real injuries on Kagerou, and while her physical body within the genjutsu is still affected as normal--being pushed, pulled, bound, or what have you--emotional and other strictly mental sensations have no hold on her. • Inkapocalypse - You thought this was a pun on Inka, but it was me! Dio! Bad jokes aside, the PA really isn't about Inka. Dissatisfied by her cluelessness during the Sero pod event, Kagerou spent days researching sealing, and through sheer repetition, it's become easier for her to use seals. She can write seals up to her body rank on the fly, using even her own chakra manifestation if necessary. Writing a seal takes up the same activation as using it, and in the case when her chakra manifestation is used to form a seal, her chakra becomes visible to the naked eye and she can only extend her manifestation as far as 1m away from her body. For the purposes of this PA, Fuuinjutsu includes the Kuchiyose techniques. When a chakra manifestation seal absorbs something, said something is considered to be stored within her chakra manifestation until it is later released with the appropriate technique. • Blood Moon - In the light of the blood moon, Kagerou maintained her calm and spread it to others. Since then, such a practice has imprinted itself into her eiseijutsu. Targets of Kagerou's eiseijutsu can korabo their kai with the eiseijutsu technique, increasing the strength of their kai by one rank. Studying, eyes always studying.. but that's what made Kagerou such an efficient healer. Sonyo couldn't help the slight smile that touched her face from Kagerou's worry-- to be honest, she had been a little worried as well at the back of her mind. If Kogarashi had attacked Uzu, they were sure to attack any other villages next, and Kagerou had to be in at least one of them. The kunoichi jumped slightly when kagerou massaged her shoulders, having been lost in her own little world. She forced herself to relax, she was with a friend, and no longer on the battle field. No longer on the front lines. She closed her eyes, her neutral expression becoming even more fatigued as she let out a soft breath. She thought back to the battle she had just witnessed, it had felt like it had gone on for forever...
"Things have... become complicated." Sonyo opened her eyes, folding her hands together on the table in front of her. She hadn't fought her friend when she had lead her to sit, she was so tired, even more so after Lohner's trip in to her mental plane. "I had allied myself to Uzushiogakure in attempts to raise aid to create a santuary for those in need of help. Those outside villages, outside of protection-- I've spent the past few years since Sunagakure's destruction traveling and helping all that I could, but it became clear that I could not do so on my own. I needed help, needed money..." The jinchuriki leaned on the table, dark locks falling foward around her face now that her usual pin was missing from her hair. She no longer wore Nari's eagle feather in her hair-- her past life was dead, in ashes with Kya.
"But what does that have to do with the stench of fire and brimstone on me? I'm getting to it. You might want to sit too." Sonyo gestured to the chair beside her, beginning to anxiously fiddle with her fingers. Voices mumbled in the back of her head... unsure, scared, worried. She tried to bat them away, but failed. So she ignored them. "While in Uzu trying to give aid, they were attacked by a rogue group called Kogarashi. One... one of my late husband's students was with them..." The words were bitter in her mouth, like a poison. "The fight caused the volcano near Uzu to errupt... I.."
Sonyo choked up, her hands found her way to her face and she rested on them, the voices roared in her head. "I helped save as many as I could but so many still died. If I would have just worked on my project I could have saved them Kagerou... I was stupid to get involved with a village again. And now I'm stuck trying to fix a whole village by myself..."

The minute he opened his eyes, and saw that familiar shade of green. Kagerou would be met with an immediate swipe to her face...However, this resulted in a simple and rather weakly executed *boop* with Akito's makeshift sock em boppers. Exclamation "WHAT DID YOU DO!" Silence...ellipses...and perhaps even a brief moment of embarrassment followed before rage settled back in. Akito would grit his teeth, snarl, and stare at the clonegerou intensely before...he conceded. Having two rampages, and coming in and out of consciousness, both times was exhausting.
He'd plop back on his pillow. "Wish I didn't. Damn shame. The only deal your getting is DEALING with it. I can say no but you're going to talk anyway, don't give me that illusion of choice bullshit." He matched the clone sentence to sentence. He closed his eyes brazenly and disgusted but at least not wildly and violent for once he'd speak his peace. "I'll say it again. It's my body I can do what I want with it. So for the last time you green haired c**t, shove off. Even going so far as to send kids to do your dirty work. Just like an adult. This if YOUR last warning before I decide to go ape s**t and have the Anbu kill me themselves." Akito would take notice he wasn't attached to anything. This for some reason brought him peace. Peace enough to not warrant a rampage but not enough to quell his loathing.

"Glad to see you haven't lost your spirit," Kagerou sighed with a smile. She had, just earlier, been suppressing laughter at Akito's reactions to her little creations on his hands. It was funny, and also a relief to see that this child still had emotions besides rage left in him. Eyes twinkling, Kagerou thought about plans to draw more of those emotions out as she shook her head at the insults and threats leveled in her direction.
However, now wasn't the time to play with treat the patient. "I do applaud your new goals, however. Becoming a threat that the ANBU handle directly? Now, that's certainly an achievement," Kagerou spoke in a light-hearted tone that felt flighty enough to be making fun of Akito and yet was said with such calm that perhaps she really did mean what she said, "Before the ANBU, however, you have to deal with me, and I guess I suppose whatever children I send your way. By the way, her name is Akoto, similar to your name, Akito. Your ages are also similar. I sincerely hoped you two might become friends, but it appears, I might have left you a bad impression with my choice in personnel instead. For that, I am sorry, and I hope you will understand. Akoto is perhaps the one person I trust most in this village, so I entrusted you to her. That is the only excuse I will make."
Kagerou paused for a breath. All of what she had just said was merely a preamble. She had, after all, promised a deal that had yet to be said. Pulling up a chair a good few feet away from Akito's bed and taking a seat in it, Kagerou crossed her legs over her knees and began, "Anyways, about that deal. Actually." She didn't even expect herself to stop until she did, struck by a sudden thought. "You know," accepting this sudden inspiration, Kagerou abandoned her carefully planned words and did what she did fantastically (or at least enjoyed fantastically). She winged it, "Before that, let me ask you a question, Akito. Ah, please refrain yourself. I'll let you give me a good sock once I'm done talking. You know, if you commit suicide, that means your enemies outlived you, right? Are you sure you just want to roll over and die without proving everyone who's stomped on your pride that they were wrong? Or without giving your father something to be proud of?".
Ah. Kagerou's smile froze in her usual reaction to being shocked at what she just said, specifically being shocked at the extra information she hadn't meant to spill. Her doing research, she had been meaning to save that for future emotional artillery after it had developed a little more firepower. Warily, while still smiling, the clonegerou eyes Akito and calculated how many words she'll be able to get in if he decided to punch her right there and then.

Zai grimaced when he realized his intrusion that he failed to notice, he bowed his head lightly to the other in the room...the much smaller other and offered quiet and polite greetings. Gold eyes moved to stare back at the woman before him as a scowl formed on his features from her teasing, though he never got the chance to respond as she would immediately cut in with a proper answer. A grimace replaced the look of annoyance on his face as she would suddenly stand and move to a bookshelf, predators eyes watched with intent curiosity. Unappreciative annoyance shadowed his features as she went on to mention his clear disdain for crowds, then went on to explain in a roundabout why the current state of Arashigakure's affairs, something he already devised. Then the offer came as she would idly page through a book and he would look visibly interested as he perked up, he was quiet for a moment though as he wanted to not act too eager. Laelia easily pressed against his leg in clear want for the correct response in her mind, "I'd appreciate the experience, sensei." he stated lightly a mild look of bemusement crossing his features before he'd lean back and calmly wait for the woman to finish her affairs and guide...he assumed that the young lady was going too, the group off to their destination. Laelia was eyeing the youngster with a questioning gaze from Zai's side, but did nothing particularly notable.

Rest, Kageoru had insisted. Rest. However, Sonyo, who appeared to feel eternally obligated to bear the biggest burden of them all, would of course not take that choice. Instead, in the same way Kagerou read Sonyo, it appeared Sonyo had read Kagerou, knew what Kagerou wanted without the younger medic saying anything. Fire and brimstone, she had expected Kagerou to notice these two things, and subsequently realized she would be asking about it very soon.
Obliging her friend, Kagerou sat down in the seat besides Sonyo and poured out the basic tea into the basic cups. The temperature, at least, was properly moderated. Not too hot, but not lukewarm either. Her eyes were focused on making sure the cups did not overfill. Her attention and ears, however, zoned in on Sonyo's voice, its tones and strains. Sonyo had already chosen to talk over resting, so Kagerou did not push the matter any further, at least not with that exact word. The information Sonyo gave now, Kageoru was very appreciative of it. She had wanted to ask the same. However, she did not feel good hearing it from Sonyo like this.
Her hands warm from holding the teapot just now, Kagerou pushed a strand of Sonyo's fallen hair over her ear. It appeared Sonyo had lost the pin from her late husband in the chaos. However, this wasn't the time to bring Sonyo's attention back to that, no doubt, piece of devastating news she already knew about.
Instead, Kagerou's warm hands went to the hands of Sonyo that covered the regal medic's petite face and gently pried them off. Holding Sonyo's hands within hers, bringing it down to between their laps, Kagerou forced Sonyo to look forwards, to stop looking into the darkness that sucked her back into the past. If Sonyo looked at Kagerou, she would see the lately mysterious medic's honest expressions. Right now, a light smile as she hummed a small ditty and contemplated what to say next.
Or maybe… she wouldn't say anything at all. Not conversationally, at least. If Sonyo's fingers anxiously fiddled around once more, Kagerou's own fingers would obligingly play along with them, moving along with and keeping them company. Her soft hum will slowly form words until she sang softly in another tongue. Even if the foreign words fell on ears that could not understand, Kagerou's voice, full and expressive even when she sang so quietly, carried through the emotions behind the words and filled the room with the soft melodies. With a voice trained to please and garner trust, gentle yet strong, she sang for Sonyo.

The range for this is fifty [50] feet. ____Open Minded → Your focus relies more on sensory than on sealing. You are allowed to have a mirrored amount of your total ninjutsu slots exclusively for sensory. In addition, you are able to discover things such as demon chakra, or the type of technique that is about to be active (Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, etc.), even specifics such as Bloodline type and rank from any active sensory technique. This discipline allows the user to be able to sense their enemy’s ninjutsu attacks and their composition, which grants a -1 rank deduction to dodging with the dodge mechanic X-ranked skill so long as it was used within the range of the user’s sensory abilities. Universal Attributes
• Kiritani Heritage - The Kiritani, the maternal side of Kagerou's family, have a long tradition of serving Kirigakure from the shadows and high standards to match. Being able to cast techniques without hand signs is what they consider the bare minimum, and they expect no less from Kagerou despite her Uchiha surname. Kagerou can replace hand signs/seals with equivalent gestures and motion from the wrists or fingers of one hand. • Hippocratic Oath - Whatever it takes from her, Kagerou is determined to save every life she can, more so than taking any. When a healing eiseijutsu is used, a single healing or situational eiseijutsu of lower rank can be supplemented onto it for no extra cost in chakra or activation. This includes augment techniques. • Nightmare Veteran - There's really no place like home. Even genjutsu struggles to match hellish nightmare created from the mind of an exhausted Jack, and this experience, along with several others, has left the already naturally calm Kagerou even better suited to remain composed in the face of any pressure. She is adept at seeing through genjutsu, and even when she can't (or if the horror turns out to not be genjutsu at all), she's still incredibly difficult to ruffle to the point that once Kagerou recognizes the genjutsu, it loses much of its potency. A recognized genjutsu of lower rank than Kagerou cannot inflict real injuries on Kagerou, and while her physical body within the genjutsu is still affected as normal--being pushed, pulled, bound, or what have you--emotional and other strictly mental sensations have no hold on her. • Inkapocalypse - You thought this was a pun on Inka, but it was me! Dio! Bad jokes aside, the PA really isn't about Inka. Dissatisfied by her cluelessness during the Sero pod event, Kagerou spent days researching sealing, and through sheer repetition, it's become easier for her to use seals. She can write seals up to her body rank on the fly, using even her own chakra manifestation if necessary. Writing a seal takes up the same activation as using it, and in the case when her chakra manifestation is used to form a seal, her chakra becomes visible to the naked eye and she can only extend her manifestation as far as 1m away from her body. For the purposes of this PA, Fuuinjutsu includes the Kuchiyose techniques. When a chakra manifestation seal absorbs something, said something is considered to be stored within her chakra manifestation until it is later released with the appropriate technique. • Blood Moon - In the light of the blood moon, Kagerou maintained her calm and spread it to others. Since then, such a practice has imprinted itself into her eiseijutsu. Targets of Kagerou's eiseijutsu can korabo their kai with the eiseijutsu technique, increasing the strength of their kai by one rank. As per korabo rules, the eiseijutsu technique and kai must be the same base rank.

The light smile gracing Kagerou's features grew slightly wider upon hearing Zai's acceptance. The more the merrier, as the saying went. However, she continued to keep her eyes glued to the book in hand. Page by page, she flipped through the various scholarly techniques. She appeared calm and at ease on the surface. Inside, she was as such. However, technically speaking... Right now, what Kagerou was doing, flipping through this book she was lucky enough to find in this room, was actually cramming. Nature Lockdown Rank: A Description: Allows the user to send a shockwave throughout an entire topic. This negates anyone from being able to sense the nature chakra present in the topic. The result of this technique is that, while it does not affect the reserves already within a sage, all sages cannot recover or gather nature chakra while this technique is in effect. This technique last for ten post.
Almighty Door Guard Rank: A (Augmentation) Description: After performing the needed hand seals, the user touches a nearby opponent. The user is able to determine what DR the target has, as well as ignore the passive DR increase of all stats. This technique last through six post. Takes the same slot as Door Guard.
Shakou Ichou [ Opaque Curtain ] Rank: S Description: The user sends out a wave of Chakra and uses it to read the air, disabling all sensory abilities within the area aside from the user’s abilities. This includes dojutsu and sage abilities. Enhanced senses view this area as a black box. Affects one thread for ten [10] of the user’s posts.
Renriki [ Mind Power ] Rank: S Description: For up to five [5] posts after activation, any sensory techniques gazing into the area around the user see rapidly-changing nonsense. This means that, as long as this technique is active, any S-ranked and below genjutsu which affect the user while they are in the user’s sensory range have their senses deleted. This does not remove the genjutsu but hinders their ability to affect the user. Only works on genjutsu S-ranked and below, and only last for four post.
Tensou no Jutsu [ Heavenly Transmission Technique ] Rank: C Official Description: Tensou no Jutsu is a Ninjutsu technique used by Cloud kunoichi Mabui. This technique was originally designed to teleport inanimate objects across far distances at the speed of light. The user needs time to prepare the jutsu and the coordinates of the location which will receive the object. Upon selecting the object or objects she wishes to transfer, Mabui will form the needed hand seal, causing the object to disappear in a bolt to land at the designated area. It is possible to send living objects through the jutsu, however the extreme speed involved rips the entity to shreds. Only those with extremely tough flesh or advanced self-healing powers can survive the transmission. Guild Description: Takes one [1] full post of prior concentration to perform, during which physical contact must be maintained, and each object/entity sent--regardless of size--takes a C-ranked amount of chakra from the user. The user must know the exact location that the object/entity is being sent to. Living entities sent long-distance (outside of the thread) take and extra post of concentration [2 total], but the victim takes damage as if an S-ranked attack hit them, shredding them. Masters of 3 complete buki/tai styles or those of the Shounin Clan (Speed Release users) are given immunity to the S-ranked effects.
▰ Mizu Shuriken no Jutsu [ Water Shuriken Technique ] | Rank D Through the use of water manipulation, the user can create multiple small Shuriken comprised of water and launch them towards the target. After hitting and/or cutting a solid surface, they revert to water. It is important to note that these Shuriken can be physically launched (by hand) or launched as they are created.
▰ Fuuma Mizu Shuriken [ Evil Windmill Water Shuriken ] | Rank C Augment Instead of creating multiple smaller Shuriken made of water, the user creates one or more large Fuuma Shuriken made of water and launches it towards the enemy. The Shuriken causes massive damage when hitting an enemy. It is also much more solid than the normal water Shuriken and can easily parry other Kunai and Shuriken that come in its path. This technique can be performed in one of two ways: the first is to create a single Shuriken that the user may throw (this requires no body of water to draw from,) the second requires a large body of water, but allows the Mist Shinobi to create multiple Shuriken that he can launch directly from the water sources towards the enemy. This can be especially deadly if the fight itself is taking place atop said body of water, since the Shuriken are hidden until they actually emerge from the water. "Father and proud don't belong in the same sentence. Let me repeat myself for the hundredth time to get it through that thick skull of yours, If I did have a dad, I'd give about as many shits about him as he does about me." There was a bitterness in his tone. He wasn't about to give Kagerou the time of day in acknowledging her presence in the room as he stared at the pale wall to his right. marshmallows for hands. Still, there was a fallacy in his words that could be discerned. What he was saying and what he believed were two different things. Carrying behind them the concept of IF. As in IF his 'dad' cared maybe he would too. But the fact of the matter stood that Akito firmly believed his 'dad' gave about as many shits about him as he gave. That totaled 0. Totalling Kagerou's knowledge to this point, clearly the one he acknowledged as 'dad' was Peroperosuke, who was still in the prison cell awaiting judgment day.
"Lastly. For the Thousandth time. ******** off already. What my so-called enemies do after I'm dead means jack s**t to me. Wanna know why? Cuz I'll be dead. It won't be my problem anymore and I won't be a problem anymore." Kagerou's appeal to a warrior spirit wrought with vengeance failed. For you see, Akito's anger wasn't targeted at any particular person. Not even the prejudiced Kemono Shinzo that pursed him and his 'Dad' to Arashi. His anger was directed towards life, his own, and the life he'd been given. Whether that would be discerned with his last string of words. 'I won't be a problem anymore' would be left to interpretation.
That said he'd say one final thing as he slowly drifted off slowly "Just leave...". A meeting with Akito that didn't end in a rampage. Uncharacteristic but perhaps a nice change of pace. Would Kagerou be able to notice? Had the heart monitor still been attached she'd have noticed without a doubt the sudden shift. An Arrhythmia, Bradycardia, A slowing heart rate. Akito had put his body and heart through so many levels of stress that in this brief moment it simply was unable to keep up with the dramatic shifts he had put his body through. His external injuries were treated by Akoto. To the untrained eye it just quite simply looked like he was falling asleep...and this sleep. Should Kagerou do as she was told. Would be his last.

Her hand lightly touched his forehead, having walked up to stand besides his bedside. She hadn't gotten to say her deal after all, but what bothered her more was that something didn't feel right. She wasn't surprised Akito would drift so calmly into sleep. He was likely very tired, in spirit and body. His breathing had been light throughout their conversation. His skin pale. His eyes weary and unfocused saved for those few times his emotions sparked. He appeared eerily like those so heavily injured who had but a few moments left alive. Tracing down his cheek, Kagerou's fingers rested on Akito's life pulse, checking on him just in case before she started mushing around in his head.
This time, it was the ever serene eyes of the usually calm medic's turn to spark to life. Her experience in the emergency room helped her quickly diagnose that something was terribly wrong with Akito. Indeed, his body and spirit had become weary, to the point his health had taken a sudden turn for the worse. His desire for death probably didn't help his body's condition either, and a part of Kagerou felt guilty that perhaps her constant poking and prodding had done nothing but wear down that already thin desire...
However, now wasn't the time to think of that! The medic leapt into action sharply slapping Akito's cheek to wake him up, "Akito! Akito?!" and beneath her dutifully spirited work ethic, there lay a certain fear.
useless thoughts backdropped the important ones, like the ones where Kagerou mentally calculated the equipment available in this room as she reached over and pressed the emergency call button,
"Akito! Wake up! Stay with me!" Kagerou shouted, her voice ringing sharply like bells and cymbals. She had to wake him up before he fell too deep and risked going comatose.
If, however, Akito didn't show any signs of awakening, Kagerou will quickly start treatment. As a clone, it couldn't immediately heal Akito, but being useless because of something like that was just an insult to her past decade of training. Who was it that had always touted that eiseijutsu should be used sparingly and non-chakra methods should be the first resort? It had been her.
She started with reassembling all of the needles and ivs that had been connected to Akito, reinserting the medication and various sensors, getting the bed back to ready shape for any medical personnel that would come in.
Her mind worked as she moved and past traumas casually strolled through.
Kagerou glanced at the newly set up sensors after checking that Akito was still breathing and still had a pulse, something she had been doing every few minutes. Before his condition worsened to the point that he needed a steady stream of CPR, she needed to read what he needed from these various live graphs and indicators, provide it to him, and return him to a stable state where he is able to rest.
Maybe this wouldn't have happened if she didn't force him awake. Kagerou bit her lower lip, fists clenching as she experienced the regret she so disliked feeling and wasn't used to feeling.

Class Disciplines ____Support Specialist → The user is capable of conferring a moderate stat boost to any ally that they desire. This stat boost can be what ever the medic wishes, however it can only go on one ally for as long as the medic wishes. Additionally to this, the medic is able to use healing eseijutsu on an ally from a distance as opposed to having to touch them. The range for this is fifty [50] feet. ____Open Minded → Your focus relies more on sensory than on sealing. You are allowed to have a mirrored amount of your total ninjutsu slots exclusively for sensory. In addition, you are able to discover things such as demon chakra, or the type of technique that is about to be active (Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, etc.), even specifics such as Bloodline type and rank from any active sensory technique. This discipline allows the user to be able to sense their enemy’s ninjutsu attacks and their composition, which grants a -1 rank deduction to dodging with the dodge mechanic X-ranked skill so long as it was used within the range of the user’s sensory abilities. Universal Attributes
• Kiritani Heritage - The Kiritani, the maternal side of Kagerou's family, have a long tradition of serving Kirigakure from the shadows and high standards to match. Being able to cast techniques without hand signs is what they consider the bare minimum, and they expect no less from Kagerou despite her Uchiha surname. Kagerou can replace hand signs/seals with equivalent gestures and motion from the wrists or fingers of one hand. • Hippocratic Oath - Whatever it takes from her, Kagerou is determined to save every life she can, more so than taking any. When a healing eiseijutsu is used, a single healing or situational eiseijutsu of lower rank can be supplemented onto it for no extra cost in chakra or activation. This includes augment techniques. • Nightmare Veteran - There's really no place like home. Even genjutsu struggles to match hellish nightmare created from the mind of an exhausted Jack, and this experience, along with several others, has left the already naturally calm Kagerou even better suited to remain composed in the face of any pressure. She is adept at seeing through genjutsu, and even when she can't (or if the horror turns out to not be genjutsu at all), she's still incredibly difficult to ruffle to the point that once Kagerou recognizes the genjutsu, it loses much of its potency. A recognized genjutsu of lower rank than Kagerou cannot inflict real injuries on Kagerou, and while her physical body within the genjutsu is still affected as normal--being pushed, pulled, bound, or what have you--emotional and other strictly mental sensations have no hold on her. • Inkapocalypse - You thought this was a pun on Inka, but it was me! Dio! Bad jokes aside, the PA really isn't about Inka. Dissatisfied by her cluelessness during the Sero pod event, Kagerou spent days researching sealing, and through sheer repetition, it's become easier for her to use seals. She can write seals up to her body rank on the fly, using even her own chakra manifestation if necessary. Writing a seal takes up the same activation as using it, and in the case when her chakra manifestation is used to form a seal, her chakra becomes visible to the naked eye and she can only extend her manifestation as far as 1m away from her body. For the purposes of this PA, Fuuinjutsu includes the Kuchiyose techniques. When a chakra manifestation seal absorbs something, said something is considered to be stored within her chakra manifestation until it is later released with the appropriate technique. • Blood Moon - In the light of the blood moon, Kagerou maintained her calm and spread it to others. Since then, such a practice has imprinted itself into her eiseijutsu. Targets of Kagerou's eiseijutsu can korabo their kai with the eiseijutsu technique, increasing the strength of their kai by one rank. As per korabo rules, the eiseijutsu technique and kai must be the same base rank.
Medical Job Attributes
• Iryo-nin I - Kagerou can retrain [Medical] jutsu into those with a [MEDIC] tag on the end of them. [MEDIC] jutsu exhibit healing properties equal to their rank and are considered to be [Medical] and eiseijutsu. • A Sound Mind I - Due to her training in the psychiatry medical field, Kagerou knows when someone is deceiving her. Note that this does not mean she knows the details of the deception, such as how she is being deceived, what she is being deceived on, to what extent the deception goes, etc. This PA can be countered by either an opposing PA and a higher rank in the psychiatry medical field or by a technique above or at Kagerou's body rank that can obscure truth and lies. • A Sound Mind II - Due to her training in the psychiatry medical field, Kagerou is adept at deceiving others. She doesn't give those telltale signs, down to even the smallest detail, that others use as indicators of truth and lie. This PA can be countered by either an opposing PA and equal ranks in the psychiatry medical field or by a technique above or at Kagerou's body rank that can discern truth from lies.
Eheh. Oops~ Kagerou lost the Lia's trust. A sad thing, but not one she regretted. The pet could get angry for her master all she liked, Kagerou would not back down from her choice to teach him a lesson through pain, and in clear declaration of this, she spared a few seconds to stare head-on into Lia's eyes, meeting bared fangs with a calm smile. Her gaze returned to Zai just in time to catch that pout. An amused glimmer ran through her face once again, this time one she failed to catch and hide before it occurred. Did he want to fight her? Well, to be honest, he'd probably win.
