A cry went out from Ddraigth that made his rider look towards his Wingleader. Heart catching in his throat, Dr'stan could only watch as he saw Siloth come from between only to plummet straight to the ground. This wasn't going at all but the bronzerider knew better then to panic. They had a duty to continue to uphold and it was even more important now that Z'tir was.....
Fianth has caught him Mine. The reassurance helped some, but he had seen the damage the two had been in and thought of the worse. Hopefully the healers would have them fixed up quickly, but he knew they were out for the rest of the fall.
The wind was getting worse up here, threatening to push him out of formation, but Ddraigth fought it, successfully as well. The only problem was well, there was a sudden burning pain on his side and haunches, Dr'stan's left leg once again getting covered with Thread. They disappeared between and returned, the frozen Thread falling away as dust....

Inadvertantly hurting himself by wrenching his wing wasn't a threat to his promise, was it? After all, he'd only done it to avoid being scored again, and that was really what Cynosuth had meant, right? He hummed with affection across their link as continued reassurance, and made further good on his word by spotting a falling clump of Thread just in time to between away from it.

Though they were flaming again something didn't feel just right. D'ast could sense that something was off but couldn't put his finger quite on what. Looking up he saw a stray clump that started to fall from the upper levels and with a shout the pair of them disappeared Between and reappeared well above it, sighing with relief.

They emerged in open air to a moment of calm, affording them time to glance up once more and wonder after all the dragons and riders fighting at the higher altitudes. A certain wingsecond pair was ever on their minds, but there was a general concern, as well. It had to be bad up there, for several dragons to have fallen, and they sincerely hoped that the number didn't increase by the time the day was done.

Although he was a small bronze, Alucarth wasn't as tiny as the smallest green or even a white. It made trying to dodge between Thread difficult. It didn't hurt to try and get around them, weaving in and out like the blues and greens did, but it was a lot harder to do, and to try and keep from getting hit.

Seeing another bronze falling, a Wingleader especially, made A'dras heart stop for a moment. Gareth was doing his best to fly through the wind and Thread, chasing after a piece when suddenly they were pushed off course and out of formation.
A grunt of pain escaped A'dras as he felt it connect with his back, Gareth instantly betweening to kill the Thread.

Another bronze falling from the sky...Aresoth was distracted only moving to dodge a piece of Thread when C'ryn cried out. The resulting movement threw C'ryn against his straps again. It was funny, in his mind at least, that this had happened so often now that he almost was checking his straps after every hard turn.

A gust of wind threatened to blow them from formation, but Harth bugled defiance as she struggled valiantly against it and won. They wouldn't be swept off-course so easily!

"Hey S'del. Here. Take it," She heaved the bag unerringly across the gap between. "Just one more thing for you to take from me, right...? I'll tell Venin you say 'hello', next I see her, yeah...?" And then they were gone. Twisting out and away, blinking between and out of sight.
