Yes they can. You can send a gift as usual, anonymously (it only has to be something small, even a bug or piece of paper xp ) and put the URL of the image in the comment when you send it. That's what the person who made mine did xd

I suppose I see what you mean. But it's still a very wonderfull gift to recieve. Knowing that someone has actually spent time and effort making something just for you makes it all that more special.
