Still shaking off the sting of being ashed again, Harth was not quite prepared when an especially strong gust of wind kicked up and blew them off course...and almost into a tangle of thread! Trumpeting alarm, she flashed between just in time to avoid it, only to wind up directly in the path of another, without time to react!

There wasn't any time to focus on their Wingleader any longer, after being blown into that Thread Ddraigth let out a roar and threw himself into the fight. The bronze moved easily through the silver strands, his maw open as flame surged forth, destroying all in his path. This was for Siloth! This was for Z'tir! This was for Pern!

There was barely any Thread down here, allowing A'dras to take stock of what was going on in his wing. Gareth reached out to each dragon, checking on them, seeing how much damage they had taken. They all seemed fine and the pair was glad for the small respite they had been offered to do this.

Aresoth! The bronze had been going after a bit of Thread, chasing after it and opening his maw to flame it. A sibling appeared to quickly where he shouldn't have and got the brunt of it instead. The bronze reached out to them, apologizing as he did so. That shouldn't have happened...

Things seemed to be calming down. For the pair at least. But to their left a large clump of Thread fell. Neither of the pair saw Harth setting up to flame it and Kalikath went for the clump, burning it harmlessly to ash. So the pair were a little surprised when Harth appeared.
Using a save: Round 3, roll 1: By Faranth! You and your dragon pull off a pretty awesome move to catch some Thread that's fallen through. You're able to save one of your Wingmates! Quote one of your Wingmates who took damage this Round! This will remove damage and any possible negative effect from that roll!

In the very same moment Ellifrin braced for the worst, one of their wingmates flamed down the Thread that had threatened them so. Harth bugled gratitude at the handsome brown and cooed, Oh, thank you, Kalikath dear! You saved us!

Chewing a piece of Firestone, Ddraigth let out a snarl as his teeth slipped, cutting into his tongue. The ichor ran out of his mouth, dripping down as the dragon tried to focus once more.

They were still flying, still going even though they had flown into Thread, been caught and others had fallen as well. Gareth wasn't tired at all, he was pushing himself but the bronze still had more to give this fall.
