Ahh, a situation I've unfortunately been in a number of times before (without the, you know, "never" part).
I'd continually bum money off my father & then other members of my family, if I was in a situation in which I was able to reach them & they were still talking to me & all. If family money was out of the question, I'd develop a long term plan to somehow marry rich (yeah right, lol) & in the meantime make enough friends so I could always be staying somewhere with a roof over my head, shoplift a whole ton, then once I eventually got caught I guess I'd either hope the cops wouldn't be able to find me to serve that arrest warrant they issue if you haven't paid a shoplifting fine after two weeks, or just hitchhike to a different state.
Yeah, not a cool way to live.

Donate a big portion of it to charity, put another big portion in the bank, and use whatever is left to buy things for my family and friends.
