Also yes the govt is giving out coupons for these converter boxes so they are basically free. All you have to do is pay the taxes for it. Which is nothing if you live in a state without state taxes.

I fear that this will be used to make the VP pick look down to earth and human. ya-huh, over populate the world, while using land that could be used for housing instead of refineries, and I'd bet that she'd also like to not give extra funds to places that would care for and keep alive those same kids. rolleyes
