Sebastion raised an eyebrow. This was...interesting. Well, if none of them wanted to tell him, he would just find an outer source. Someone who knew all of the comings and goings of the castle.
"Summon the Captian of the Royal guard," Sebastion commanded one of the maids. Looking over at Torisen, he said with a kind tone, "Now would be the time to tell me anything you think needs to be said from your point of veiw."
He smiled at Fang and Meiyu, "The same goes for you two."
Tori gulped his food down, and the first thing out of his mouth was, "I didn't mean to! Fang was the victim, I didn't mean for anything bad to happen." With that he shut his mouth and looked down at his plate.
Thank Amon that Seith was close by when Sebastion -what was he doing here so early?- called him. As the capitan, he had to answer to all of Sebastion's commands.
Walking into the hall, he bowed and got onto one knee. "You called Your Highness?"

"Hey, I know next to nothing!" Fang put up her arms defensively, and bit her bottom lip.
Meiyu rose an eyebrow, "All I know is I fixed up one of his wings, that's it..."
they both avoided looking at him, "It's really not such a big deal, Sebby" Fang batted her eyelashes at him, charmingly.

Sebastion nodded, hearing all of their statements. Especially Fang's last one. It made him laugh.
"Using the nickname isn't fair Angel," he said with a smile, looking at Seith.
"How do these three know each other?"
Seith looked up and smiled wickedly at Fang. Without a pause he told the story, from the episode to the shooting down of Tori, to the capture of Fang and the beating of Meiyu.
"That is it, Sir," he said, finishing his story.
Tori's face went pale as the story took place. The guard was only telling the truth, but this was going to get him in a lot of trouble. He finished his food and began sipping his wine again. He figured he would want to be buzzed before he was confined.

Fang's face flushed a little, as she heard it re-told.
It sounded way worse than it felt, "It's really no biggy, Sebastian." she tried reasoning, looking down at her lap.
Meiyu gulped a little, silently, and clasped his hands on the table top.

Everyone here had seen Sebastion angry before. And that's what he was in this very moment. In fact, he was fuming.
Without a word, Sebastion kicked Seith in the jaw, hearing a -snap!- and a yelp. The guard had harmed the three people he cared for most, and he found punsihment was in order.
"To the dungeon with you," he said, having guards pick Seith up, "You are to have all of the things you have done to my family to you. The beating and things first. Then break his arms. I do not take kindly to such treatment of these whom I eat with."
He looked at Torisen with a calm look. Why would the Bloody King save Fang?
"Why did you make a deal with The Bloody King?" he asked kindly. After what Tori had gone through, he would let his episode slide...this time.
Tori stared at his plate, hoping he wasn't in too much trouble.
"I just wanted to save Fang," he said, trying to stop the tears that were welling up in his eyes. He was a full-grown man and he was acting like a child. He didn't want to cry.

Fang squeaked once Seith was kicked, and watched wide eyed. She'd never seen Sebastian so angry.
She fiddled with her fork and had another bite of potato, not looking up from her lap, and Meiyu didn't seem surprised, and said,
''Tori was very heroic in bringing Angel back to me."

Senastion nodded in agreement.
"It was. Torisen's never done anything like that before," he said with a smile. Seeing Torisen's sad childish face, Sebastion had calmed down a bit. The poor boy was only donig what was right.
"Don't make anymore deals with the Blooddy King, alright?" he consoled, going back to his food, "You aren't in trouble."
Tori's face was still chalk-white, but he nodded. At least he wouldn't be stuck alone.
"Since my wings are hurt, can I not go to edicate class?" he asked, hopeful.

Fang continued to eat, nervously. She hated when people talked about when she got hurt. She'd like to consider herself without weakness, however untrue that were.
Meiyu smiled, nodding, "I don't think I ever did thank you, Tori...so...thank you."
Fang grumbled, "I ain't apologising."

Tori smiled at the old healer, continuing his meal happily. He ignored the comment from Fang. Why would she need to apologize? He should be apologizing to her! He helped her in so many ways!
Sebastion smiled as Torisen went back to his plate. At least things were well with him.
"So Meiyu," he said with a smile, "How goes the healing? Have you progressed in you're reasearch yet?"

"Well, angel's DNA continues to amaze me. You know that whenever she changes, the samples she's given me, change also? and the genes of a rabbit demon couple mixed together, have given me the results that seem completely untrue. You know a rabbit plus a rabbit can equal up to tiger-like features?" Meiyu went on. he loved his work. He was very in touch with his sense of wanting to learn while he conducted such experiments, though he could never be mean to his patients. "and now Tori-san has agreed to let me study his eyes."
Fang listened contently, swallowing her food, and sat back.

Sebastion listened intently, nodding at everything Meiyu was saying. He had helped his friend get materials, so he needed to know what was going on.
When he heard that Torisen was going to be an experiment, he was happy and sad at the same time. Meiyu was smart enough to figure out if there was a way to get rid of Torisen's little "friend". However, he wasn't sure what the King was capable of.
He politely smiled and nodded, eating another bite of food. He would have to speak with his friend later.
Tori looked at Fang, who looked kinda angry. He wondered what it was that had made her that way.
"Hey," he whispered to her, "Do you wanna play the last letter game?"

Meiyu saw the look he was getting from Sebastian and nodded subtly.
Fang looked at Tori kind of surprised, and couldn't help but smile, laughing a little, "The last letter game?"

Sebastion smiled, chuckling a bit to himself. Meiyu was the only one whom knew him this well.
"Oh, I just remembered," he said with a smile, pulling out a claw from his jacket, "I found this in the place I was this month. I figured it might be a new species of animal, since I've never seen this before." Sebastion's smile lit up the room, almost literally. Angel's had sway over their surroundings with their emotions. "Would you like to examine it together?"
Tori nodded, looking over at his uncle to make sure he was busy.
"I say a word, and you say a word that starts with the last letter of the word I said. You can't repeat words." his eyes sparkled. He was amazing at this game. "You in?"

"Nope." Fang smirked. She was already playing, but she wondered if he'd catch on as quickly.
Meiyu clapped, "Oh course my friend, when shall we start!?" he, too, seemed to be glowing. Sebastian was a great friend of his, and on top of that, the world was full of discoveries, and they could make so many new ones.

Tori's smile faded for a second. She wouldn't play? That wasn't any fun! He thought about it for a second, and then tried something. Maybe she was and she was trying to be sneaky!
"Elephant," he said with a smile, hoping that she came back with something good.
Sebastion smiled and tossed it to him, letting Meiyu get a closer look.
"Later," he said with a chuckle, "After dinner, certainly. We cant have test tubes at the table."
