{Eh, she's just screwing herself over at this point. Nevertheless, please forgive me if she becomes a distraction at all. It'll probably only be an hour or two each time, but still.}
"Well...I've never been to anything nearly as classy as this. My father owned a personal museum for his..erm...'artworks', but it was nothing at all like this." Pumpkin admitted with a broad grin. She had never been to a human museum until today.

"Well, I'll be sure to give you the grand tour then." Lucien said with a smile as he offered her his arm. "At least a grand tour of the classical wing I suppose. We're both biased, no sense in tormenting each other with the modern works."

Pumpkin accepted Lucien's arm, her eyes sparkeling luminously in anticipation.

"Hey, Dracula!" Cassie poked his friend in the back. "Got a question for you, quick. What's your crazy friend's name? The one who's dragging your sorry a** to go clubbing or something. I'm going to find her and invite her to a party next weekend. And then you can go turn into a bat or whatever and leave me with our beautiful associate." Turning abruptly to Pumpkin, he knelt and kissed her knuckles with a soft, "Hello, dear."
((THIS WILL HELP))

((I had an awesome post but now it won't work. ;-; ))
A vein popped in Lucien's forehead when Cassiel showed up. "Her name is Claire. If I give you her number will you kindly leave us alone?" An eyebrow was twitching before he yanked the werewolf close. "And ix-nay on the ampire-vay around Umpkin-pay." he said through gritted teeth.

Cassie raised an eyebrow. "What are we, seven? I'll call you whatever I want, Lucy." He pulled away. "And no, I will not go away. First of all, the very lovely Pumpkin is here, and I enjoy her company almost as much, I am sure, as she enjoys mine. Second, I've always wondered about where you work. Third, as my presence is not needed in the store and all the people I invited over started to irritate me, I've nothing better to do than badger you."

Pumpkin watched as the two began to bicker, not yet interveining(sp?) in their quarrels. In all honesty, she was just happy that they were both there with her at the moment being - especially since they were starting to show interest in her. However, she knew very well that things would probably only get worse between the two if she didn't speak up soon. However, gathering up the courage to do so, especially with the risk of upsetting either, was easier said than done.

Turning quickly to Pumpkin, Cassie took her hand again and murmured, "By the way, as you've officially seen our dear Lucien's place of employ, I feel I must implore you to find your way to my bookstore one day. I'd hand you an ornate business card, but I left them at home and I don't have any, anyways." He flashed a mischievous smile at Pumpkin.

Meanwhile, while Cassiel was distracted by Pumpkin, Lucien was making strangling motions behind his back. Of all the days the wolf chose to bother him at work, he had to do it when he was entertaining Pumpkin. And then of course there were all the references to his vampirism. They were trying to keep such things a secret, and yet Cassiel certainly wasn't keeping very quiet about it.

"I would certainly love to, sometime." Pumpkin replied, almost eagerly in fact, to Cassiel's offer. His mischevious grin was met with a sweet, elated smile from her very own lips. However, she did not wish to leave Lucien's company just yet. Seeing that he was upset at Cassiel's presence, yet not willing to shoo either off, Pumpkin suddenly offered, "Well, uhm, if you'd both like...after this, would you like me to treat you both to some dinner? Or if neither of you are interested in the local resturaunts, I can cook anything you'd ask of me."

"That'd be wonderful!" 'Certain present company not withstanding of course....' "I'm sure your cooking would be absolutely splendid." Lucien said with a smile.
((If she cooks, she has to use garlic. Seriously. It'd be hilarious. XD ))

{Definately. XD She should also have pure silver silverware for them to eat with, to make things even funnier.}
"Excellent~ Just tell me whatever you'd like and I'll make a little something for both of you." Even if they would not eat the same foods, Pumpkin would be more than happy to cook something for both individuals.

"I, for once, agree with my dear friend Lucien. Anything that you create must surely be a gift from the heavens." He smiled innocently at Lucien after this remark. "And I'm a carnivore, so I'm happy with any sort of meat."

"Oh, I'm not picky; anything's fine by me really." Lucien said. It really wasn't that he was picky as it was that he didn't really need food anymore. He ate it to put on a show in public and with guests, but otherwise he had no need or want for it.
