"Very well, follow me, and I might as well show how powerful is the item that I am carrying." Morlock said. He then took out the Subtle Knife and slashed out towards a boulder, the small knife cut right through it and opened a portal, "That portal will take us to my camp, quickly, move, I have to seal this so no one else can follow us. Also this knife can cut through anything....anything unless there is an item made from the same material. But it can break if I don't use it correctly...like for evil or for greed."

Lyviel sighed. She turned to her scouts and told them to tell the others to continue on their way. Lyviel explained that she had to stay with the group because quite a few things were unanswered. One of the scouts protested looking to the man in hte mask and the man at the end of the line, but Lyviel silenced him with something in elvish. They all bowed and left, the one scout staying a second longer to glare at the two men before also leaving. Lyviel sighed and turned to follow the group through the portal. Things should start to get very interesting now... She thought as she fell even with the man at the back of the line.

"i speak in riddles because i think in riddles."((and because it's fun)) Lutra smiled to herself at the riddling answer. she watched those ahead step through the portal and looked at the trees once more. now, nothing moved. "the calm before the storm" she noted.

Uri seen the weapon used that was used by Morlock. The weapon that threw him into a flashback of when he was younger. Uri lost all sight of reality in this one moment.
The wind blew the trees into a dance and song in the gaze of the dusky sun. The grass was in unison in one directional praise. A cottage stood still in the center of the circling trees as smoke rised up from the chimny that cooked the delitful smell of dinner. Uri and his brother Jin were playing outside with the animals and using their ablilities over ice and fire. Their father stepped out side, tall and elegent with his hair of Ember and silver. His eyes so magnificent of grey and bronze. He called for his children to come and eat. Inside sat their mother folding laundry that was done earlier that evening. She sat so beatifully with her long black raven hair and blue eyes. Her details so small about her and her face. The boys ran inside racing to the water to wash up. Their father went and sat down beside his loved one as the boys laughed and played even while washing up. They came rushing out to tell their tales of the days activities and all they had seen. Their father listen intently on all they had to say. He told them his stories of the time in the war. His journy with all he had done. He told them of magnificent weapons during this time. The weapons such as Demon's Cry of Ice and Demon's Gaze of Fire. He told them of this meterial that was so powerful it could only be handled by those with pure hearts. He showed them the neckleace that held a piece of that meterial that was used for his companion's armor that had fallen in the time of war. He told them of the demon that started the whole war and his lust for these presious meterials such as Adamantium, Edony, Mithril, Stilhrim, etcetera. Each now rare after the great battle's fought. The battle that was won using the two blades their father used and had given to them later on. He told them of the great responcibilites these blades held. Uri's blade, Demon's Cry of Ice was something that could never dull or break for the blade was never real.
Uri snapped out of his dream and stepped through the protal into the camp. There Uri needed a spot to not be disturbed. He searched and foun a place in which he hopped no one was needing. There he took off his claok and revealed his clothing. He wore simple cloths that would fit his flexible lifestyle. A long sleeve shirt fitted with gloved hands at the end. A white over shirt cutting right above the eldbos with slits on the shoulder's for more flexibility. Black pants and black cloth fittings over his feet wrapped together by white skinny cloth that reached from below his knees to his ankles. A cloth belt that wrapped the shirt and pants together. A face mask that covered to the top of his nose to keep a bit of mystery about him. He had on forearm protectors that had five inch blades, a total of three on each arm. He then removed his katana and placed it with his cloak and found a spot to sit. He sat crossed legged on the flor with his hands joined together and his eyes closed. His vision was black but his imaginations was bright as he searched for his balance. Uri meditation required him to break away from reality and reflect on his physical and spiritual balance. Some would call the spiritual energy Kai, Chi, Chakra, etcetera. Simply to Uri it was his spiritual energy and mind. Uri conneted to all his suroundings. Making a link to all that was near, animals, demons and beings alike. If one would stay calm and patient they too could see the links connecting to Uri. He opened his eyes and saw a blur in reality. He was closing in on his meditation and it would not be long now. Uri used one last technique to protect him from anything that would come near him. He gathered his energy around his body dropping the temperature so low nothing could live. Uri's vision finally went pitch black and his connetion from the real world was severed and he withdrew into his mind. His postion was stiff in place as his hands fell into his lap and head tilted downward a bit. Nothing could wake him now until he was complete again. Uri's mind was his limitation now and his limits seen no end. The presence of everything he felt and knew but could not see. The energy told him who was friend and who was foe. He saw into their very spirits too know this. Now was the time to regain balance, no more time to waste.

Lutra watched Uri sit and fall asleep, but said nothing. feeling as though she was invading his privacy, she wandered off to find a quiet place to think. it was found by a small stream. as she sat, Lutra spied something gleam in the water. not hesitating to think, she reached in and picked up a little golden rock. she was nearly overjoyed until it broke. "the gold of a fool is lost as easily as his tongue is loosed." that was a good one, it needed to be written down. taking out a small leather bound book she opened to a blank page and wrote it in ink from a small clay jar with a feather from a black dove.

Uri was sitting before his Master arms are grapsing ahold of his croosed legs. They were in a dojo as Uri relfected upon his past and worked on his training in his future. "You must work hard, train hard, and keep your balance all at the same time," his Master had once told him now replaying the same frase over and over again into today."Never must you forget the balance this world has, one must always make a choice. No one has free will but a choice. With a balance there must always be evil and good. Therefore you must never truely seek destruction of all evil but work to defend against it. As they wil for you but they will try to truely obliderat the good. The balance is equal like this." Uri sat patiently trying to forget the loss of his parents and his brother at that time. Now Uri has full understanding and only keeps this in mind for the future. Uri sat quietly listening to his Sensai's words and at the same time trained his body. In his mind he is omni-present. Only in his mind. He trained and listen. Making the balance reality in his mind this way. "Never loose sight of your goal, when hard times come. Even now you face a great impatient feeling trying to grasp the concept of balance. Your battle is always upon you. Never make your step to great for you might not ever make it to the other side," his Master said. Uri glided amoung trees with a light step. He trained wtih a great many foe encircling him with intent too kill.
Uri's body become fatigued and sweaty in the real world. His mind made physical what he had been imagining. His balance was restoring his loss of energy to him. Though the process was only the beginning. More time is needed to do this and only a few seconds had past.
"With a steady pace and a calm heart only will you be able to protect that which is most pressious too you," his Master had said,"what is your most pressious too you?" Uri looked at his Master and without saying a word his Master replied,"Then protect that which is pressious too you! Know that is always there until taken away by forces we cannot control." Uri recaped to a fight he once had with his master,"Too kill is no right you have! Remember that always a life is never yours to judge unless threatend. Keep your mind on the future and steady your pace never with the intent too kill unless your are absolutly forced too. A being's life is never to be taken lightly" Uri and his master spared off with their katanas. Each putting up a front against each other. Sparks flying as the blades connect and slid making friction. "Once your opponent reveals an opening, go at it. Never let them force you into taking their life. Cut them down and make them see your superior to them. The walk away never to look back unless they attack once more." His Master kicks Uri's feet from under him by going low and spinning around with his right foot extended," but if you are forced into killing that person do not feel pity for the loss. They choose their fate and could have choosen a different path. This is the reality of free wil against free choice." Uri would never forget these teachings. He kept to his teaching to the end. Though Uri still felt that what position he was driven into was something he could not control and probably choose his path incorrectly. Never the less it was done and gone. The loss was over. Uri still could remember his sensai in his mind and being. This pace which could never know limits to Uri.

Lyviel entered the portal and, once she had come back out of it, she went to go see if what her scouts had told her was true. She went to the edge of the the camp and looked around. Sure enough, demons were swarming from every direction she could see. Be safe my friends She sent a protection spell back to her fellow elves and hoped that it would do enough to keep them safe if they tried to outrun the demons instead of fight the ones that went to attack them. If they chose to fight she hoped it would replace the help she would have been able to give if she was personally there. She sighed and went back to where the others were and sat down, putting her bow on the ground next to her, and waited for things to progress and for them to continue their journey.

"You must find your innner self, your balance will only come when facing your fears within yourself," Uri had remembered this from his Sensai. Why now to remember this? Uri tried to understand, he needed to keep himself awear at all times. Something was strang. There was a flaw somewhere in him.
Uri's physical body slowly regained the energy that was lost. His mind was connected into all of nature and nothing was out of sight for him as well. The demons surrounded them but could not come near. Uri mentally stretched himself throught the surrounding area and used the storm to his advantage. He could not see or hear but sense them all to well. Slowly he expanded the snow flakes that fell into giant orbs of solid ice then expanded out into an exploding ball of deadly spikes. Attacking all that possed a threat to them for now.
"To the falme, you are inferior. To the oceans you are unnessicary. To the skies, you are a speck not ineed of notice. We are here because that is the course that happened. To take advantage of our place is ignorant. To rule the world is foolish. To tame the falme is utter disrespect for the course of nature. Take your place and live a life too full extent and surely you will be more then what eyes determin about you." Uri was now floating upon a cloud, looking down at his world he imagined. A world no man could ever experience physically. A place that if touched by unclean hands would die from the filth of morals and of the dirty heart. "The spirits can never be seen by just anyone. They are always there ready for you though. Life is to never be taken lightly nor is life ours to command. There is no way for the dead to become living in full. A body could be made again, the soul cannot. If a person was to ever be dead and you ask for life for that person by the spirits your request would never be fufilled, then hatred will rise againsts them for ignorance you hold. Thus causing your being to be taken over and unbalanced. Never request such imputance," Uri's Sensai paused for a few seconds,"But a life can be saved before that soul is forever lost. The spirts have knowledge of such to heal sickness, all you need to do is just ask. But do not dispare if your request is ever denied. Only they can know a person's true intentions and will accordingly give upon their intent." Uri had spent just about his life time in his imagination. He never questioned when or how long till he regained his balance. Merely enjoyed ever second he had in here. Uri was once again sitting cross legged on the florr in a dojo scenery. He was there all by his lonsome deep in concentration. His eyes were shut when just then he felt a cold shiver down his spine. He felt fear rising in him for some reason. A fear so great it would have thrown him off balance if Uri had not known what this already was. He opened his eyes and relized soemthing was extremely wrong. Around him was darkness. He felt cold, a strng feeling how he could never feel could because of his abilities. Though this cold was deeply unpleasent. He looked around, circling in his foot steps, to find were "he" was. Just then a voice echoed through the room. The voice so dark and fiendish. A voice so unpleasent to the ears. "Uuuurriiii.....Iiiii... hhhhaavvvveee... cooommmeeee... fffoooorrrr... yyouuuu!" Uri looked frantically for the beast. Nothing was anywhere. Then a light shinned upon him and Uri looked up to find the source. Nothing. Uri looked to his right and found a lighted hallway that seem to go on forever. "Fffoollooow, iifff yyoouu wwaannnttt mmeeee." Uri then relized his connection was fading in the physical world.
The demons sprawled in one by one. Each being thwarted off by Uri's attacks. orbs of ice flew out of nowhere to fend them off. Then there was quietness. The orbs in the air fell to the ground without warning. The defense around the encampment was deminished. Uri could not even hold onto his own sheild. Uri's body fell backwards, lifeless.

"DAmit! They are here already! MOVE PEOPLE MOVE!!!" his voice was soon drowned out by the firing of his pistol and his alcehmy. The demon nearest to him was cut in half by the Subtle Knife, more soon came but none of them could stand up against the Knife. "GO THROUGH THE PORTAL I WILL CATCH UP LATER!"

Nerevar taking the back immediately felt their presence growing. "This is not good they have found a way around Uri's magic." He said under his breath. Morlock shouted for the group to enter the portal. Nerevars hand was already at his katana. He could feel Kouhai pulsing..itching for souls. Nerevar was not one to leave a fight. "I'm staying and fighting." Nerevar shouted over the noises of battle. "Morlock! The swords! Mine two is one of the ancients, it is not by chance we have all met I think! The swords are trying to unite!" He shouted as the blade was drawn into a demons head. They were closing in more than had attacked the camp...many more, from all directions. It didn't seem to matter how many they killed, double replaced the fallen. Kouhai was humming with the souls it could sense around it. "Morlock! Cover me! I need a small amount of time for this!" Nerevar knelt down and focus on his body, he'd done this before but never on such a large scale. He would need the power in Kouhai for this. He thrust the sword into the ground firmly holding the hilt, a glow emminated from his body and sparks jumped from his muscles. The power from Kouhai exploded into him and his head jerked to look upwards his eyes a blue glowing mass. He lept from the ground into the air and amplified every last drop of electricity within his body. An arch of chain lighting exploded from his body finding it's way through the flesh of the demons searing and ripping. Demons fell to the floor like flies and the Nerevar fell to the ground, with his last ounce of strength he grabbed Morlock and lept through the portal. "Close it! Now! Darkness comsumed him.

Morlock provided cover as Nerevar did what he was doing, but he was dismayed to see that he had to leave, but listening to Nerevar he sealed the entrance of the protal. "Hope he survives..." he then sealed the portal and sealed it tight. "I believe we our now short one person, he may be dead, or alive.....only time will tell. Please remain calm though, I have roughly 60-75 people in this base, and all of them have dealt with the demons, but let us hope they don't find us here..." his voice trailed off as he sheathed his knife.
