124-C What recipe did you use? RE: SW — xd It was one out of a recipe book I have... unfortunately, I don't remember which one, so I could AVOID that one in the future. Kusa has a near-fetish for them, so I was gonna make 'em for him, but... confused Re SW: ...Yeah... I have a thing for 'droids. I really, REALLY want this... but alas, can't afford it. crying

I'm debating whether I should have another piece of cake or not. I've already had 2 today, and I don't want to feel like a fatty... but on the other hand it's soooo yummy!

Try this one, aretoo, it's from Better Home and Garden's New Junior Cook Book: 3/4 cup sugar 1/2 cup butter/margarine 1 egg 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1 1/2 cups flour 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon baking soda 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar 2 table spoons ground cinnamon
cream sugar and butter in large mixing bowl; beat in egg and vanilla. In a small bowl, stir together flour salt BS, and cream of tartar; stir into butter mixture. In small bowl, combine 2 tbsp sugar and cinnamon. Shape dough into 1" balls, roll in cinnamon mix, place 2" apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 375F 8-10 minutes.
It's the same recipe I've been using since I was 8...
