Sanzo: you could try not drinking too much soda... i lost 6 pounds in one month without exercise, with just drinking water, and if i want something flavored, tea with honey! 3nodding

it'd probably be easier if I just cut out lunch and only ate dinner... I'd be putting less calories in me AND I'd save some money
EDIT: besides I really don't like tea

Silver Hellsing I probably sounded like an idiot in my intro post. Oh well. In retrospect, we are all idiots. And I just now saw aretoo's post, Sanzo posted her intro on page 121? I've been here longer than Sanzo?! @Sanzo — No. If you are really serious about such a thing you need to keep the meals and cut the size. Drink water (those Propel flavor packets are great to add to water), cut your caloric intake (NEVER less than 1200 a day), and exercise.

I'd be putting less calories in me AND I'd save some money EDIT: besides I really don't like tea if you did that, your body would act in the opposite way... your body will think that it's going to starve and it'll try to save more stuff for later, just in case that it might starve... if you ate small things constantly, then that'll get your system used to having food and you could consistantly burn off whatever you had eaten in a shorter amount of time!!

@Tsuji, yes you have been here longer than me
as for the advice, the problem is I'm not particularly picky with food and while I do like to eat, I only eat when I feel hungry so usually only once or twice a day at the most. I dunno... part of me doesn't care and another part of me just wants to limit myself to like salads or something that I KNOW is way too over the top

silver, it can't be THAT bad. xd
sanzo... maybe try eating smaller lunches, or replace foods like red meats with vegetable substitutes, or some seafood that's not too transfat laiden. 3nodding eating healthier foods (heh... me talking about 'health' lol ) ... and not snacking might help... i found when i tried making healthy food for myself at home on a regular basis, i lost the McFlab. mrgreen EDIT: it was mainly a save-money tactic ^^
