GTR and I are good, he's waiting for the girls to go to sleep because he wants to play with our toys... As for the rent situation, it's not looking good. We have to go to the cops tomorrow and tell them that my father has stopped giving my grandfather his heart meds. Because lets say he dies of a heart attack, all of us who know can go to jail AND have our kids taken away. And my kids mean more to me than my parents do. The sad part is dad did this so that way [edit]grandpa[/edit] doesn't have to go through the alhzimer's s**t. I feel like s**t though, I don't want to have to go to the cops on my rents... it's just not right.

aw man, that's harsh....
...but you have to do what you have to do, your kids re important to you, and your grandfather's life could be at stake. sad

It's funny (well, not *funny*, but...)
My boss, whom I've known since I was 7 (I grew up next to her and her husband) is beginning to go into the first stages of dementia... it's gotten really ...interesting... working for her since, say, October of this last year. However, the business is going to keep going for at least a while; her husband still works (right upstairs), and it's figured to be best to keep her busy and in familiar circumstances. So... she sits at her desk and shuffles papers from one pile to another, and I get to make sure she talks to the clients, and gets the checks signed, and the whatnot... So, I can actually sympathize with what you're going with, GRM, at least partially as far as your grandfather goes. smile

Those toys would be bed time toys there aretoo ^_^ I've always been raised to believe that you don't "tattle" on family. but if we don't I could have my own kids taken away! God our families are ******** up! GTR's grandmother called CAS on us for nothing a while back, and My parents are trying to kill my grandfather.... maybe.
