I like REAL tacos. With the sweat and blood of the Mexican cooks. Strangely enough, that's how I like my Chinese food too.

Jaft, you just reminded me of eating at "the garage" in Zacatecas. It was a little family run joint in a converted garage (read: courtyard with tables and chairs). They had to take the [mismatched] plates back into the kitchen and wash them before they could bring out the next round of food.
But damn was it good...
