@Dark: 19 years of trying hard, and not trying at all, and there have only been brief parts that I can say I've truly enjoyed. And there's not discernible pattern.

I think, if I'm honest, I need to get a fresh start. Move away, make a load of new friends and surround myself with better people.
Unfortunately, most of the people in my town are the kind that rub me the wrong way.
