Aaaah... ^_^ *purrs*
But... I think it's just bizarre enough to make some interesting events. Like... when it learns how to fly by "flapping" each arm around, and a beam-like weapon powered by an Orb of Dragonkind that comes out of her/it's... um... well... I haven't decided yet.

I am joining an online D&D game. I have never played before so I have no idea what to expect...or where to start.
@aretoo: No, I can't leave that easily. However I suffer from low self control and gaia and there cash shop is going to kill me. It was bad enough with the monthly collectibles...Yesterday I gave Gaia 75 dollars...and for what? Pixels.
That and I just don't feel comfortable posting anymore. I need to vent but every time I turn around and try the person I need to vent about is standing right there. So why bother being here if every time I try to post I stop and leave because there is no where safe.
I don't want to start an on Gaia/in-house war because we both have our own side of the coin. I just need to put mine somewhere before I explode. I use to do that here...now I can't.
Also I don't feel like I am getting thing done as a Mod anymore. I am not online because I have nothing to do (or say) but every time I ask for assignments for contests or anything I get ignored.

I find online DND hard to manage sometimes, but it depends on how it's played.
I generally like playing DND if it's on a tabletop program like OpenRPG.

@Ladi: Well... you could always vent in private... The self-control with the cash shop I can't help you with. However... if you have a bunch of the older stuff you don't use anymore, you can always sell them for the new cash shop items... smile
As for contests... I, alas, haven't had the time to do ANYthing lately. sweatdrop As I mentioned to you the other day, YOUR project was the last thing I've drawn lately... smile

Basically with the venting, I have been venting in private. I even tried to vent on my Diary on Diary of Us and Ourselves...only to be reminded they were there too!
I need to post stuff and I can't, I need my voice to be heard or I am going to burst... I need other people outside the situation to tell me that what the two of us is going through is or isn't right. I don't know anymore...I have a high tolerance for unacceptable behavior. Sometimes I need people to tell me when that line has been crossed because I don't see it.
However this person has done nothing wrong so they can't just be banned from the ATG without cause...or anywhere else on Gaia. I have no space that is 100% my own anymore and it is driving me crazy.
I know...the self-control thing is something I have to deal with. I usually do by removing myself from the temptation. But that would mean all the money I spent up to now would be wasted. *sighs*

When it comes to situations like this... you have to speak your mind and just know the fact that eventually the situation will come to the others attention. Even if you're afraid that what you say may hurt the other person's feelings, you need to let your opinion out.

If it was anyone else I would agree with you, however the person I need to talk too is very stubborn (to a fault).
The best example I can give is a fictional situation:
Me: I had the most amazingly juicy red apple the other day.
Other: Apples are green.
Me: *confused* Yes, some apples are green. This one happened to be red.
Other: APPLES ARE GREEN!
Me: *sigh* Yes, you are right, some apples ARE green. But not this apple.
Other: APPLES AAAAARRRREEEE GREEN!
Me: Yes, we have covered that, but this apple was r...
Other: *cuts off* APPLES ARE GREEN!
Me: *walks away*
Other: *assumes it means victory*
Two days later:
Me: Why did you do that? I was talking about a red apple.
Other: I know, red apples are good aren't they?
Me: Yes, but why did you say all apples are green?
Other: No I didn't, I was just stating some apples are green.
Me: *gives up*
Other: *assumes victory*
That is why...I could state some real life examples of this, but that would get into the venting which I can't safely do.
