Oh! It's a new game I just got in the mail from Hong Kong. You play as an operating room surgeon and you perform surgeries and stuff. I actually spent like three hours already on it in real life!

Well, it's not exactly killing, but I've made a slip-up many times. The learning curve is steep, but the story is amazing. It's like watching an Anime but you're the doctor! And the characters are drawn Anime-style!
