Canada always gets hosed.
I found a book about Canadians that had a bit of Canada-America relations. There were five points. The first four were to the effect of "boy I hate America, I sure do." The last one was "Why doesn't America pay more attention to us? D:" Lol. It's true though. xp

Canada does get hosed an awful lot. Hell, I know of a business on the border that has a large Canadian clientelle because the sign for packages to be delivered to Canadians. Since a good number of mail-order business don't ship to Canada.
Of course, I get tired of complaints about it being unfair for Canadians. Mostly because the complaints come in the form of "We want the benefits of being American, but don't want to be American, and the Americans better leave damn well alone unless it's to give us stuff."
