Lawlz. Oh, and thank you. I got another art request today. I've Thaliat's mostly drawn, just... I have to get the motivation to ink it. sweatdrop
I've come to realize why my computer is slow; it's the fact that we're using a land line, I believe. I just got on after my mom was done toying around with it and thought that. It's a strong possibility.

I'm absolutely horrible about commissions. gonk I've got one that's literally been hanging around unfinished on my hard drive for probably a year. sweatdrop For a good friend, so she can hound me about it, but still. sweatdrop
On that note, multiple people suck. xd I'm terrible at more than one person in a picture. So haaaard. emo

Oh, I am pleased to say that I don't have to do multiple people. Just a handful of people at once demanding singles. I am in lucky; I attract easy-going individuals and they're understanding when I let them know I have trouble completing what they asked for.
Y'know, I'm not sure how it happened; I know my house had a faster connection at one point. I remember my parents being furious over the incident; whatever.
You just get used to a fast computer over at a relative's and you come back, stuck with a slower computer that just seems slower than before you left for said relative's house.

Ugh, dial-up. Thats why we moved. We weren't in the range to get DSL.

I want to say at one point in my life we couldn't use the phones and computers at the same time. Now that was something that sucked big time.

Oh, then you don't have dial-up. ^_^
Because dial-up runs on the same lines as the phone - only one can be used at a time.
Although, technically you still could... if you had a dedicated line for the 56k connection.

Let's see if I remember...
I had dial-up from '96-'00, '00-'04 DSL, then '04-now Cable.
I never liked DSL because it kept kicking me off. >_<
