"Those big ones with the sleeping bags on top?" Narcis replied uncertainly. He thought that was what the boy meant, but he didn't always know the right words for things. Though he was better at it than Katalina, that didn't make him great. "I don't know - could I fit in one of those? If I couldn't, he probably won't."
He considered it for a while, then nodded. "If you know where we could find one, that would be the best option. I think the boy could stand a few minutes of discomfort if it means being free again," he said decisively.

Joey sighed in remorse. He was sitting on the beach. Joshua had gone off with some unknown person/mer-folk, leaving him by himself. He couldn't see Katalina and was sure that she was worrying. And he didn't know if he could help. He stared at the water, frowning slightly.

 Joshua nodded. "That's the one. With a little discomfort, those packs could hold you. Nezik might be squished and a little cramped, but it would work." That decided, he set off into the city. "Now," He murmured. "Now to find info. And get that pack." There was a hiking store that wasn't too far. That was where the teen was heading.

Lucian was pouting as he was walking through the city. “No more chocolate…no more sweet…there’s Joshua…no more cand….” He quickly looked up and stopped. ‘Joshua?...Why is he here…in the city?’ Lucian squealed and dashed over to Joshua, wrapping his arms around him and burying his face in the others hair. Oh how much he missed Joshua. “My pet has came back to see me…”

Narcis nodded as Joshua explained. "All right," he said quietly. "Then what--"
A sudden squeal and dash interrupted him, and then there was something...clinging...to Joshua. Narcis jerked, sharp teeth flashing slightly. "Joshua?" he asked, his voice ominously patient. "What is that...thing attached to you?"

((OOC: Narcis is a full-blood Siren, unlike Katalina who's half and half mermaid and siren. I haven't made a profile for him yet, but from what I can figure as to looks, he's tallish, he's got dark hair, I assume that being a Siren he would be pretty attractive and he's in human form at the moment.))

Joshua yelped as something came flying out of nowhere and attached to him. His mind took a moment to process the voice. 'Pet? I'm not a pet.' "Lucian? What are you doing here?" He asked, confirming his guess. He glanced up quickly, hearing Narcis's voice. "It's fine! This is Lucian!" He tried to reassure the siren. It was kind of hard considering the dragon was still clinging to him.

Lucian began to rub his cheek against Josh’s as if he hadn’t seen him in years, “Does Joshua have sweets? Maybe something shiny again?” as he was asking questions, Lucian’s hand dipped in Joshua’s pockets to check. Then he stopped and stared at the person behind Joshua, “Uhhhh…fish? Bad fish…fish that can sing…bad. But pretty…” He then went back to searching Joshua’s pockets and rubbing his face against the other.

((Sorry for not posting in a LONG time, it is just that I have no clue what to do with Rose.))
"Need some help?" a voice said as a figure stepped out of the trees. Rose held up a shiny silver bracelet. "Here you go, Lucian." she greeted the dragon. She had spotted the boat and had seen it capture a mer-person. So she had followed it to the city.
((I have decided to call her Rose instead of Rosie.........Rose and her endless supply of shiny jewelry. LOL))

Violet was swiming far from shore.....
she was in a generaly good and careless mood and was swiming above the surface her unusual purple scales shining and her tail splashing a little...

Narcis turned his disdainful gaze onto Lucian. "As a sea dragon, you of all people should know that mermaids and Sirens are not fish," he said coolly. "Joshua, where on earth did you find this...creature?" It was clear that, fellow sea creature or no, Narcis was no fan of Lucian.
Then he started again when a voice came out of nowhere. Turning to look at the girl, he asked Joshua, "And that one?"

Joshua ignored Lucian's searching, letting him do as he pleased. "Well, actually Lucian found me. He found Katalina and I, helping us get away from a couple of those fishermen. They were in an area they weren't supposed to be." He glanced up at the sound of Rose's voice.
He pointed at her and shrugged. "That one also randomly showed up as well. Honestly, I have no idea where everyone comes from." He twisted slightly to look at Lucian. "Narcis is helping me. That means you need to stop insulting him okay? I need his help."

Joey sighed and stood. He pulled off his shirt and walked into the water. He swam out until his feet no longer could touch the bottom. He drifted on the water, staring at the clouds and the sky. This was his favorite view. No trees, no buildings, no nothing to prevent him from seeing the sky. It was quiet and serene.

"Ah. So Sorry has found a co-conspirator in her habits of taking in strays," murmured Narcis. "It just figures." Could the boy not have been someone who would talk her out of looking after every creature that came her way? Shaking his head to rid it of such thoughts, he caught Joshua's next words and his eyes narrowed slightly.
"Oh. I'm helping you, am I? Strange. I thought you were aiding me in finding my kinsman," he said casually. It was difficult to tell if he was honestly annoyed or just being sarcastic - Narcis wasn't easy to figure out.
