Fallen flat on my back Tobias Philemon Walsh - Halfblood Twin - Fifth Year Prefect - Gryffindor Beater - [feeling: determined] [thinking: ...] [with: Gryffindor Team] [at: Tryouts] Toby was in significantly less pain after the healing potions and team changes. The pain in his ankle was reduced to a dull throbbing, and he suspected the break was mostly healed, so long as he was stayed off his feet for a while. His sprained arm was simply sore now, and the bruise on his side felt like it was much smaller. He got back on his broom and got back into the scrimmage. He was going to be playing as a Chaser, which he had no experience with... Well, this should be interesting, right? He hesitantly flanked Tanya, hoping he didn't embarrass himself too much this time round. I'm gonna kick the darkness until it bleeds daylight. Position: Team Two Chaser

 Location: Quidditch Pitch (Try-outs) Leonette waited as the Chaser's battled it out. They were pretty good despite being new. Tanya was doing an excellent job at her position. It showed when she got to the goal and fired at Leonette. The fourth year dove for the quaffle hoping to stop it in time. Status: Happy With: Teammates Wearing: Try-out clothes OOC: Team One! Going down and grabbing the quaffle as it started to fall down to earth she smiled. "Nice shot Tanya!" she called out to her before looking to Ronna. "Ronna!" she called out tossing the usual Beater for the team the quaffle. This probably had to be the strangest position for the older girl to play. Location: Quidditch Pitch (Try-outs) David missed and watched the young member of the snow family have at the snitch. However she wasn't doing so well. Her first attempt better then her second. The poor girl... David knew she could be a good seeker if she really worked on it. Well that is if that's what she wanted. Quickly moving in again David tried again to grab the snitch. PASSING TO Celaena Snow
Team 1 score: 00 pts
Team 2 score: 10 pts Tanya was doing impressively well, Ronna couldn't help but notice as she had managed to slip past four different attempts at a steal, though all far less experienced chasers than Tanya-including Ronna-and manage to score a goal against Leonette. When Leo called out to Ronna and tossed the quaffle to her it took half a second to catch on in her surprise and managed to catch the the quaffle by impulse. Playing chaser was weird. It was a lot less calculating and more teamwork and just acting.
She turned and began down the field and seeing Celaena open tossed it to her-the others on Team 1 were the ones who were likely most interested in being chaser so it was reasonable to give especially the younger players the experience and chance to show what they could or couldn't manage to do. Her and Xavier, Jacob and Crash were familiar enough with how they played she figured by this point. Well, technically, Ronna hadn't ever played chaser but she couldn't imagine that Jacob was seriously considering putting her as a chaser, after all he had placed Toby in a chaser position too, and he was on the starting team last year as a beater.
