actually I started getting irritated a couple weeks ago because well we decided that while the dog is all of ours, the biggest responsibility falls on my sister and somehow it ended up falling mostly on me ><

I know how to say "no" and she listens to me after I say "no" its the before I say it that I have to worry about it... besides its not like she's hurting anything when she runs around the house like an idiot
