*****Aki *****Pet of Rini Chikongou
A sharp screech announced the arrival of a large golden eagle, which alighted on one of the window sills and glanced around the room with keen yellow eyes before flapping over onto the bar and hop-hobbling to perch in front of Kageko -- much to the bartender's disapproval. Once there, Aki stuck one talon out -- the talon that clutched a scroll for the newly-made Jounin. The paper was bound with a length of red ribbon and held the following message:
Kageko-chan,
Hello, my dear! Sorry I did not stick around to chat after our fun little fiesta, but I had places to be and things to do. I am sure you understand. I do hope Tavian survived our encounter. I would be very disappointed if he did not. My foot feels much better, by the way, after whatever it was you stabbed me with.
I could not help but note during our short stint in battle that you made use of the Hidden Mist Swordstyle. Am I correct? I hope so, seeing as -- for some strange reason -- no one here in Kiri seems to know it. Odd, do you not think, since it is our style to begin with? No matter. I have a genin here -- at least, I think he is a genin. He looks like a genin, but then again, all the little brats look the same to me.
Anyway, the kid wants to learn the Hidden Mist style, but seeing as I cannot seem to think of anyone here that knows it, I figured I would turn to one that does. Kiri and Konoha are allies, after all, are we not? I believe we are, and even if we are not, this would be a marvelous step in that direction. Would you mind taking him on as a student? I am sure he will live up to any expectations you have, and if he does not, feel free to beat on him until he does. The kid can take it.
Well, that is all I have at the moment. I do hope you will consider my request -- and accept it. Here is to hoping to see you here soon! Perhaps we will do dinner and share some laughs. We all could use some laughs.
~Rini Chikongou-Sung *****Interim Pseudo-Mizukage

Korumo stepped into the building, disappointed with the events that had occurred. He had been placed against a powerful opponent, who had enjoyed the battle as much as himself, but with the inclusion of his teammate it had appeared to the proctor that there was no true victory for the white haired assassin. He'd fought with a great display of skill, nearly completing his task several times, but in the end his clever opponent had found a way to remove himself from harm with his every attempt. Not a scratch was given, nor taken by either combatant, and yet there was still a loss accounted for. What did you expect when faced against a demon host? The shinobi thought to himself, taking a seat nearby. You have the intellect of an elite shinobi and the power of your ancestors, but when faced against that kind of chakra you were out shone without a blow being dealt.
He had enjoyed the battle, and in truth wished to meet the golden shinobi once more. He was worried for the results of the exam, he still did not know of the out come of final decision. His only hope was that he had fought well enough. Regardless it was not a complete loss. The shinobi sighed, wondering what lay in store for him as he pondered the appearance of the curse mark upon his left shoulder. Perhaps he had received it because of his most recent brawl... perhaps there were other influences at work. Regardless of the marking's origin, he had received the power none the less. He was confident it would be unlikely for him to loose so easily again, even if he had not truly lost before. Meanwhile, the white haired shinobi felt parched, having fought within a realm of ashes that he had brought down upon himself as well as his rivals.

"Nothing is true...everything is permitted." "Niente è...tutti allineare è consentito." ||Axel Hajime||||Medical Body Sensor||Flame Dragon||
XXXXXX"Kageko!" exclaimed Axel as he entered the room, seeing that Korumo was there along with her. "Hey kid, not bad...you still got a bit of improving to do but at least you've achieved the rank of Chuunin. By the way you'll be accompanying Blade from now on so good luck with that," Axel said, placing his hand upon his shoulder as he bowed to Rein. "I'm heading out now," he told her before looking back at Kageko. "Hey, so I saw the results, you made it past as well, that's awesome. Listen, I'm going to be in the Sound Village for a while, but I'll look you up once I'm done there. Take care and stay alive till then," he told her as he walked up to the girl and quickly gave her a heartfelt hug before turning around and heading outside without really waiting to hear from Kageko. Once outside, Axel removed his cloak, revealing his flaming red hair and his face that so resembled that of his brother's. Ripping out of the slits of his shirt, dragconic wings sprouted from his back as he took to the skies.

Kageko's head did quite a bit of twisting in a short span of time. First, came the unlikely appearance of a large eagle who stopped in front of her and stuck a talon out. {For me? Wh-} Kageko began but didn't finish as her attention was diverted by yet another arrival. This time, rather than a visual surprise, Kageko recognized the voice. "Hey," the girl replied as a short greeting right before her currently cloaked friend went off to address another shinobi that was seated somewhat close to her as well.
When Axel resumed addressing her, Kageko simply nodded a bit hesitantly to his congratulations before listening attentively to what else he had to say. The girl smiled quietly as her friend left just as quickly as he came in, just catching a glimpse of his flaming red hair as yet another cloaked figure came in. There wasn't much she could say; although, Kageko did think in response, . The girl couldn't help but chuckle nervously a bit to that. In a way, her having enemies was both unlikely but also something that scared her quite a bit. However, she didn't have much time to muse at that as the girl's sharp eyes and ears noticed that the new cloaked arrival address the same mystery person that Axel had addressed.
This time, the girl found out the mystery person's name was Korumo, . There was another thing that she noticed: all three of them wore similar cloaks. Admittedly, there were distinct differences, but also a similar pattern that seemed to say that they belonged together in a group. . Honestly, as far as Kageko knew, she had never heard about any sort of group/organization that Kairi had planned on making. However, it would have been a lie if she couldn't piece two and two together to make a rough guess.
As the girl returned her attention to the eagle, Kairi finally spoke, which caused Kageko to turn her head once more. The girl got the hint and as her attention returned to gently untying the note on the eagle's leg, the girl nodded as she replied, "Ah, hello Rein, I'm Kageko." The girl wasn't sure exactly what kind of relationship she wanted to portray at the moment, so the girl just went with what she thought was the safest path she could think of. As her friend talked about sword styles, Kageko unrolled her letter. Her eyebrows rose as she read the letter then made a reply to the question about learning sword styles, "I'd be honored to learn from you, Rein-san. Although, before that, I think I'll need to deal with teaching what little I know to someone who knows less. What do you think?". At that, Kageko showed Kairi the letter she had just read herself. Personally, Kageko would have been delighted to teach. Although, she couldn't help but feel that the wording of the letter seemed a bit… disturbing for lack of a better word.

╔═════ Rein watched them go as Blade and Korumo headed to Sand while Axel went back to Sound. Turning back to Kageko she took the letter and read along it, chuckling and finding the entire letter humorous. "The interim pseudo Mizukage...I'll have to pay her a visit at some point, after I'm done with my own work of course. Kageko," she began as she placed her hand upon her shoulder. "Go on and teach the student what you know...it might be good for you to do so, helps with confidence you know. And if you can't teach something to someone else, then that means you don't have a full grasp of the content. In a few weeks time, I will send a messanger to see you in Kirigakure. I will meet you there and continue your training," she told Kageko as she smiled from within the darkness of her cowl. "Do me one favor though...this girl, Rini, please gather as much information on her as possible. I would like to know before I meet with her just what kind of a person she is, thank you," she told Kageko as her entire body burst into a spray of fine mist. Without so much as a seal, Rein had performed the Mizu Shunshin no Jutsu and had left the Cafe.

Kageko listened quietly and just as she was about to respond with some of the observations she had of Rini during their fight, the girl found Kairi gone in a spray of mist. Kageko thought as she finished off her glass of water, Then, on the back of the letter, the girl wrote a reply with a pen that she had borrowed from the bartender. After her reply was finished, the girl tied the letter back onto the leg of the eagle. The reply was short and official, perhaps a bit too formal if anything: Rini Chikongou-Sung, Hello to you, too. I am sorry for injuring your foot and hope that you bear no great ill will towards me for the injury considering the situation it was given in.
Yes, you are correct that I used the Hidden Mist Swordstyle during the fight. I will gladly teach the genin what I know of it once I've completed whatever business might pop up in my village. I hope that I will not have to make either you or the genin wait too long. Perhaps I might even come early enough to accept your invitation to dinner. Sharing some laughs would be nice.
Sincerely, Kageko
Kageko then stood up and left the bar. Before heading to Kiri, she would head to Konoha and see if there was any business she would need to do there.
-Exit-
Koneko Kuromira Sorry for taking so long to respond. I wanted to share the contents of the letter with someone else before sending a reply sweatdrop . I just tied the letter onto the eagle's leg so... yeah. I figured you should control the eagle since he's your pet. Or should I have controlled him?... Erm.... I don't know gonk . Sorry sweatdrop .
