She enters through the doors, slightly astonished at the scale of the hall. It was...huge. And the sheer number of people! They milled around her, laughing, chattering...dancing as she combed through the crowd.
I wish I could find someone I know...

Tamwynne relized that Nitro wasn't paying attention to her. She sighd. "Oh well," she said. She went out on the dance floor and began to twirl, just for the heck of it. At least I can't say I didn't dance, she thought.

Helena walked into the ballroom with Timmy, a little more ditzy than usual.
"Ooooooh. Look how big it is in here." She laughed, dragging him onto the dance floor.

Tim wasn't exactly dragging behind Helena, it was just his legs couldn't move fast enough, due to the humongus pants. However, the very second they reached the dance floor, Tim took over.[Edit in a few..]

Or so he thought. Tim was about to show off the new moves he had learned especially for this night, but was rudely interrupted by Helena's cell phone, which rang right before hand. She had run outside when she heard it, and then went back in, but only for a few minutes. She had explained how she had to be back home for some reason. She hugged him goodbye before he could say anything more.
So here Tim was, left to sit alone on the bench and hope that he wasn't the only one now alone.

Kitsumi Ki Kitsumi looked around. "My friend said she'd be coming soon..." she murmered. Samishii opened the doors tentatively, immediately spotting Kitsumi. "Ay, Kitsumi!?" shr let out. "There's so many people here!"

Sighing unhappily, Tim looked up at the giant clock placed on the wall above the dancefloor. "11." He whispered quietly to himself. "Well, this has turned out to be quite the splendid night." He said, placing his head onto his hand. Sighing again, he looked back up at it. "Still 11." He said, now getting up. "Well, I refuse to just sit here, while all this music plays." He said, as he walked over to the Dance Floor.
Once there, he started first to tap his feet, and then to move his arms, and eventually, his entire body was wildly moving to the music, exactly as his temporary Dance Instructor had told him not to do.

Now completely entralled by the music, he kept going, not allowing himself a moment's rest, or peace. Eventually, his feet started to throb in his shoes, but he continued, not allowing this moment to pass.

Unfortunately, the song began to end, and Tim stopped his movement. And at that moment, he looked up at the clock, and noticed the time. "11:11." He said to himself, with a gasp. Bitting his lip, he turned away from the TimeTelling Machine, and looked ahead at the door, and at the people around. Warming himself up suddenly, he took a step forward, and walked to the door.
