And, I was saying to Silver (but had to share with you guys): There's a different business in the same building as me, and they take orders for gourmet coffee. They have a guy that calls multiple times every day and faps while they list off coffee flavours.

I love working in a call-centre. =D I'd prefer that people "enjoy" the sound of my voice, rather than threaten to shoot me, which they also do.
