  Location: Pitch - Quidditch Try-outs “Nothing much,” Leonette said smiling as everyone started came onto the field. “Hey Tanya, you know it.” she said smiling although Tanya clearly only got part of the conversation between Crash and Ronna. Looking over she saw Julius the boy Celaena was with and then Celaena came onto the field. “Hey Calaena,” she greeted. When everyone started questioning on who the vice-captain would be Leonette wondered if the pressure led to Crash’s decision. Luckily Toby excepted although she wondered what was up with Ronna on the subject. “Congratulations Toby.” She said before try-outs officially started. So she’d be on a team with Celaena, Ronna and Crash himself. Thank goodness she wouldn’t get hit by Ronna’s bludgers, they were lethal. Heading off to do her laps Leonette smiled when she was done and in position. Watching both Celaena and Dani collide she winced. ‘That had to hurt.’ She though as she raced under the mess to get the quaffle before Nina did. Location: Pitch - Quidditch Try-outs Leonette caught the ball before Nina and headed off towards the goal. She hoped that Caleana and Dani were okay. They probably were and she was sure to share the ball with her teammate when she got the chance. For now she would just hold onto it and hope to get to the goal without any trouble. She had faith that someone would probably get a shot as stealing from her although the most likely seemed to be Tanya. I see the light Celaena would have waited, except Leo had gotten the ball and Nina had already tried to steal. She turned and headed to where she would be flanking Leo if she needed the help. You never knew in these sorts of things.

Dani launched herself into the aerial scrum for the Quaffle, and she and Celaena collided with each other as they competed with the red leather spheroid. Her fingers actually brushed the ball (which was already more than she'd accomplished in her last tryout), just as she and Celaena got tangled up in midair.
The ball immediately was gone from her sight, though that was the least of her issues, as the impact nearly separated her from her mount. Barely holding on by one hand, Dani managed to pull herself up so her broomstick was back under her, as it swerved left and down into a corkscrewing dive. In the moments it took for her to get her mount under control, Dani nearly collided with the ground. She arrested her dive, stabilizing and pulling out mere inches from the grass and the hard ground.
"Sorry, Celaena," she called back to the other girl, hoping she wasn't hurt either. Seeing Leo racing toward Gold Team's goals with the Quaffle, Dani used her considerable momentum, exchanging speed for altitude, to chandelle climb toward Leo. As she closed she made her first attempt to take a swipe at the Quaffle.

When Caleana couldn't get it back Leonette took it upon herself to grab. Coming up behind Dani, the brunette raced over and around to get a hold of it. She circled around, and noting Danica with the quaffle-having managed to steal from Leo she sighed and shook her head. Well, it was nice to see Dani doing so good-but she couldn't let the other team chasers do so badly, now could she? She cracked her bat against another bludger-this time towards Danica Stewart.

If she managed a successful block for Leo, Ronna figured it would be easier to merely just focus on blocking the bludger-which was more important in her opinion-than actually worrying about aiming it at anyone as well. {OoC: Did Toby intend to block the bludger hit towards Danica or not-I mean technically he rolled high enough and in the time frame to block the hit if that was the intent.}

It was a game of tag essentially just between himself and the snitch, but even if the snitch was just a bewitched object he was determined to win against it.
