I usually go running before I head to work
just depends on what time I have to work.

I wake up, drag my a** out of bed, run until I'm ready to die, come home, shower, go back to sleep for half an hour, and then catch the bus to work. x3

D= We're starting to run at the beginning of practice now, and I gots a running bud for guard. =) We ran the whole time RIGHT next to each other, in step, and breathed the same time the whole way. xD We were beasting it up out there. cool

@Arc: Until they tell us to stop. >.O It can range from 10 to about 30 minutes And if they're nice they'll let us run in the woods where it's cooler. But then you have to deal with all the spider webs. XD fun times.

I've only gone running with one other person, and I prefer to do it alone. x_X It's so much more peaceful. Being in agony alone and whatnot. razz

I can see that, Ciel.
Though, for me it's all about competition. If I have someone with me, especially someone good so I know I'm pushing myself as hard as I can (like my guard running buddy) it makes me want to work harder.

...that's it? Wow...
I prefer to run alone as well. That way I don't have to keep pace with anyone else, and set my own pace.
Usually I run for about one and a half to two hours.
