"..I don't think pulling a ******** tentacle monster up was a good idea, you know!" Celes screamed, wondering why someone would do that. Not to mentioned there was a bloody -vampire- in front of them. A vampire she could deal with, likely. A tentacle rape monster? That required a bit more distraction from the others.

(( I thought it was appropriate, I think there are more Tales fans than FF fans in here right now, and I happen to like both series. ^_^ ))
The mass of tentacles seemed to scream at Viral's arrow, a group of tentacles lunging, like javelins, toward Viral after that hit.
"If I'm correct... it's weaker out of its element..." He said with a nod, motioning for Silver to drop it on the floor now that it's out of its water home. The storm clouds got darker and darker as a few lightning bolts shot from them and struck the mass of tentacles.
He knelt down and grunted, keeping his concentration up to keep Volt's storm up and attacking the tentacled mess. He turned his head to Shram.
"Get that vampire, or protect me; I have to concentrate on this storm!" He said.

"You..." she gurgled, a shaking finger pointed in the centaur's direction. Before she could get anything out, pain gripped her yet again, her fangs withdrawing into their haven.
She fell to her knees, her hands clutching her heart. Her head rolled back, her watery eyes closing, as she screamed a high pitched wail, harshly bouncing off the walls.

"Ah, right!" she blushes, embarrassed, as she grabs her summoning book and flips through the pages. Ah, this one was as good as any!
Lobo recites some strange gobblty-gook and summons a bunch of fireballs to throw at the scary fang-girl.

'There's something I forgot to tell them...' Morro thought hard, trying to remember. It was something important, so it will come back eventually, but she had the feeling that this would be urgent... Oh. Right. How could she have forgotten something so crucial? "Hey, guys. If you cut off a tentacle, it comes back... But the fun is when you cut it in half!... Then you gettwo tentacle monsters." That was fun. Learning about regeneration in biology was fun too.
[Let's put it this way Lin. Tales fans will always love other Tales fans. But i also like Fire Emblem. ; D]

Lobo nods solemnly. Now, what to use on the tentacle-y thing? Fire wouldn't work on it since it was wet...

((I've never had a chance to play Tales... I think Autumn has it, though, so maybe...))

The tentacled mass screamed once more from the pain, then lunged a tentacle at Lin, wrapping around the mage's body. Lin squirmed around and grunted, unable to use any of the motions he normally uses to cast spells, what with the tentacle surrounding him. He gasped for air, the tentacles constricting, though that wasn't his concern at the moment; the cloudy sky he tried to concentrate on began to clear, and his ring stopped glowing.
"Damn... don't disappear on me now...!"
(( I should find a Fire Emblem I can play on one of my systems; sounds fun. ))

The pain was too much. She collapsed to the ground, her screams now muffled by the the awkward position her body laid in. Bile rose in the throat and she coughed, gagging.
Suddenly, the ground rose and enveloped her body, brining it down into its musty depths. All she felt after was a soothing oblivion.
