And all these descriptions of food are making me hungry. I should probably eat occasionally. German food usually involves sounds I can't pronounce though. Schnitzchelzchzchzch.

Ehhh... I understand Tae. It is all up to taste after all, and I find I can tolerate most gluten/seitan meat analogues since I usually don't try to think of meat analogues as replacement meat.

I always thought of it as a Japanese word, so I assumed seh-ee-tah-n. So... yeah...

I think it's a neologism, but it probably does have a Japanese pronunciation. Which would explain why I can't pronounce it. razz
