Ciel Avec Cafeine Irish names are nice. =D I have a cousin called Declan. Lin: Is your name short for anything, or is it just Don? Wait wait wait. You are Don ? And I am Juan ? So together we would be Don Juan ? x'D!

John is getting less and less common here. ^^; Too "traditional", I guess. And there are no Juans that I've met. Not a lot of Latin ancestry in these parts.
My little brother had like, 5 Michaels in his grade. He was the only one with a different spelling.
...My mother should have been restrained. We (my siblings and myself) all have stupid names. xp
Hiya, Silver. =3
Iecur: Linny is Don. I'm not. sweatdrop

I keep forgetting we aren't in the same room so you can't tell that I'm facing away from you and looking at Lin. ^^; Oh (still for you) lol I should move there so that you have at least one Juan. Wait have you revealed your first name yet ?

Nope. Skyler.
Permanent girly-little-kid name. I hates it, and so do most of my relatives. =D

Pretty sure my brother's name is Mikel, and it's pronounced the same way as "Michael". After 18 years of, you know, having him as a brother, I do know how to spell his name. razz
It's a stupid spelling, but "incorrect" is a weird way to put it. o_O
@Iecur: You can have it. D=

If I could change my name... I'd want to be called Jean. Which... is just... a French Juan... Or maybe Jean-
Or maybe Claus. But I'm not German enough for Claus.

That may be a foreign spelling then, because the only English spelling for the name Michael is Michael. Micheal is completely wrong, but I keep getting cards with that name on it, and no matter how much I tell people it's the other way round, I keep getting "Oh, but I know someone who spells their son's name Micheal"

D= lol Michael has 40 variant forms: Makai, Micael, Mical, Micha, Michaelangelo, Michail, Michal, Micheal, Michel, Michelangelo, Michele, Michiel, Mickey, Micky, Miguel, Mihail, Mihaly, Mikael, Mike, Mikel, Mikell, Mikey, Mikkel, Mikhail, Mikhalis, Mikhos, Mikkel, Miko, Mikol, Miky, Miquel, Mischa, Misha, Mitch, Mitchell, Mychael, Mychal, Mykal, Mykel and Mykell. The boy's name Juan juan is pronounced wahn. <-- No it's not! The J makes an h sound! lol I can ? Well as long as it's not the lord is gracious...lol. Being a non-believer with a name like that just seems odd haha. @ Lin: Why do you have to be German for that ? I shall name my child Googolplex! x'D

No one can spell Taeryn. I get called Taryn, Taerin, Tearin, Tarynn...the list is endless. None of those spellings is incorrect, it's just not how my name is spelled.
And you can bet that my brother has to spell his name for people that he just meets, because they assume it's Michael. sweatdrop
Lin: But Jean is such a common name. And English people will call you "Gene".

I know I know different languages but they say it comes from it so RAWR! Hold me. cry Also I was going to originally be named David. Pronounced umm.. "da veed" not "day vid". Which is better ?
