@Jaft: Try yawning. It's simple and usually works. If it's really bad plug your nose and GENTLY blow into your nose. Don't try to force it.

I'm going to assume this is the PS1 version of tactics, but you'd get to I think level 5-7 in the light armor warrior type classes, archer, thief, etc.
Oh, so three guesses on what today is.
