Oh, yeah, boxers and the like (and sarongs and such) are perfectly reasonable summer wear. Hell, ANYtime wear, if one is warm enough with them! mrgreen Just wasn't expecting the results I got with my search; I was expecting, I dunno, catalog pictures or something... whee

Well, see, I googled it (interesting, spell check doesn't flag that, so apparently it's part of the lexicography now) 'cause I didn't know what they *were*... (or what "shota" means, for that matter...) mrgreen
EDIT: Google DID ask if I meant "short shorts" instead of "shota shorts", though. ^_^

To be honest, I still don't know what they are either; the eek was from the results I got from the search! Kusa's opinion is that they're something dropped by a shinigami (sp?) (from Death Note, perhaps)

Oddly enough, one of the links I got was to a Gaia mule account, and one of his (her?) interests was "little boys"... sweatdrop
EDIT: aretoo wonders exactly what he's done with his very comfy sarongs, that would have come in handy several times this summer... confused

aretoo: Yeah.. I looked up shota... on wikipedia the closest I got was "Shotacon, artwork or manga often depicting a sexual relationship between young boys or a young boy and an adult" So I kinda went "Whoa! eek I'm gonna stop looking now."
Lin: Well there's nothing wrong with short. :3 I personally don't wear shorts... actually I just have two pairs of pants that I wear, I need to go shopping at some point....
