Fire and Ice (Roleplay) (Open)

[Roland Karloseth]

Karloseth jumped aside, ready for the possibility of an attack. Seeing a young girl, approximately a year younger than him, he relaxed slightly. "Moving a bit fast there, weren't you?" He asked.  

[Skorndrick]

Blu stopped in her tracks and turned to him slowly. "Dude, it's snowing out. I hafta get outta here. I was supposed to already be oin the train, but now...well, now I hafta get out."
Alfa jumped up onto the other person's shoulders. "Mow?" she asked in his ear.
"Alfa! Don't be rude."  

[Roland Karloseth]

Karloseth laughed. "Haha, no worries." He sheathes his sword and picks the cat up off of his shoulder. Karloseth then sets the cat down and pets her. Raising one eyebrow, he asks "so, you don't like snow or something? Seems a bit extreme to leave when it snows."  

[Skorndrick]

Blu raised an eyebrow incredulously. "Earlier today I had plants attacking me. And now snow is falling when it was supposed to be 72 out. And you're telling me you see no problem with this?"
Gandalfa twined around Karloseth's legs, purring for no reason at all except that he smelled good.  

[Roland Karloseth]

Karloseth frowned. "72? What time of year is it? I saw snow, so I assumed it was winter." Thinking about this, he realizes that he probably sounds like a moron. "Forgive me if I seem naive. While I appear to be about 16, my memory is a little over a year old. So, I really have no idea what's going on around here."

Kazumi turned around with a quickness to face John. "You think this is all a joke! It's just like the prophecy. The weather is out of place, and we meet all those weird people yesterday, and 2 old friends came together. And not by coincidence either." Kazumi said, then turned back around and continued down the hall until a big white door came in view. Kazumi ran her fingers along the designs of the door, filling in the designs with ice. Once the whole of the designs were filled with designs, Kazumi pushed on the door. A big white room came into view. On one side, there was a wall full of weapons and artillery. A work desk had a number of bullets, arrows, and vials. On the other side, and big screen was on the wall, with and big circle coming up off the floor about 8 feet. Kazumi flew up in the air, landing on the top of the circle. She whispered something, and a digital keyboard showed up. She typed something, and the screen came on. She typed furiously fast and a window came up. A video began rolling, and in it were Hazel and her servant Jade.

"Kazumi. I have tried to come in contact with you for a while." Hazel's elf ear were twitching with annoyance. "You and the earth are in grave danger. The human race as we know it is at the last straw. I have no choice but to kill them off, or the earth will be no more. You must find the chosen ones and save the earth. Many humans are going to have to die, but the earth still must be saved. Once you gather the chosen ones, take a spacecraft to my planet. There, Jade will escort you to the court, and you will receive further instructions. If you don't hurry, the earth as we know it will be no more. You must hurry."

The video ended, and Kazumi sent a video reply.
"I got your message, Hazel. I will save the earth. You can count on me."
Kazumi sent it, and flew down from the control stand. "John. We must find the chosen ones. They were the ones we met yesterday. You are also a chosen one, and so am I. This is for the sake of the earth, and for the whole of the human race." Kazumi walked to the work table and picked up a couple of vials. "We need to hurry."  

[Skorndrick]

"It's fall, mate. It was supposed to be an especially warm Fall, not...snowy." Blu made a face. "To be honest, I hate the cold. It's so dark..."  

[Roland Karloseth]

"Fall? What in the world is going on?" Karloseth asked. "And I'm with you, I'm not too fond of cold either."  

[Skorndrick]

Blu shrugged. "How the heck would I know? All I know is that today is not the best day for me..."  

[Roland Karloseth]

Karloseth nodded. It seemed to him that good days were few and far between, at least for him. He looked to the sky for a bit, lost in thought. Then he asked "So, where are you going? Logic would state that if things are weird here, they will be everywhere."

Yuki and Miyako sipped tea in silence. Finally, Miyako broke it. "Did you notice the weather? Strange, isn't it?" Miyako's mumble was very quiet, Yuki struggled to hear her. "Yeah. What do you think it is?" Yuki's voice was stronger, even if she was mumbling too. Miyako shrugged and got up from the floor. "I feel... worried though." Miyako whispered, more to herself than to Yuki. Yuki laughed "Its just some strange weather, Yako! You worry too much!" Yuki smiled.

John didn't move an inch "OK assuming that this is all real, which I'm starting to believe since there was an elf on your giant screen I'm not really into helping her i believe the line that decided that was 'The human race as we know it is at the last straw. I have no choice but to kill them off ' I'm all for saving the planet and what not but i will not participate in the slaughter of humanity"

"Basically she means that we are overpopulated. And even if all the humans on earth were dead, the world would still end. When she said that we must save the earth, we must reverse the effects of the chemical order. When have to end the experiments and the nuclear wars." Kazumi said and put some vials in her belt along with a pack of bullets. Taking a hand gun off the wall, she loaded it and aimed it at a target. Taking aim, she shot the gun, and was inches off the bulls eye. "A little rusty, but it'll do." She said, and put the gun in a holster on her belt. The, taking a book bag, she loaded it with arrows and got a bow off the wall. "Get as much ammo and artillery as you want. You'd be surprised with all the creatures out there."  

[Skorndrick]

Blu started to say something, then stopped and frowned. "Crap...I, uh, hadn't thought of that...okay, so now what? It's not like I could do anyhting anyway. Light's not the most powerful element," she muttered, a little ball of light flaring up in her outstretched palm.  

[Roland Karloseth]

Karloseth grinned. "Maybe not, but I have a good idea what the most powerful one might be." Karloseth suddenly dissapears, then re-appears behind Blu. "Time."
