Hiro crunched the numbers; this so called, "feeble retaliation" by the Rain Loyalists had carried on for almost forty minutes, more then enough time for the other Rain Loyalists to evacuate the diminishing village, and escape the tyranny of the Akatsuki. Further more he had eliminated all text, and documentations that were considered, "Secrets of the Rain," making them unattainable to anyone who wasnt a Loyalist of Rain. With all that completed, Hiro's conscience was at ease. Even if he was to die here today, the secrets of the Rain would still live on with the Loyalists who escaped, and not the traitors who supported the Akatsuki.

Lowering his arms to his side Hiro pressed his hands together in a single seal, kneeling low to the ground almost as if he was praying, or making his peace with the world. He didn't know what was to become of the true remaining Rain ninja, but as long as his daughter was still alive it gave Hiro a sence of hope, and that was something he could deal with. The Electro-Magnetic Windmill Shuriken dropped to the ground in a circular formation around Hiro as he simply waited.

Haku nodded. He prepared for his body to tense up and held a single hand in the air, his eyes glowing at the time. "The world has no room for those such as you." The lightning above that Lars had created started to form a massive monster above the ruins of the library. "Begone..." The monster roared, its eyes glowing pitch red. Then, he slammed his arm down and the massive monster's body would form a single lightning bolt of immense power, crushing down on Hiro at 1/1000 the speed of a second. Impossible for any human to dodge, no matter what. The lightning would blow Hiro's body apart, leaving nothing left.

Immediately after, his body dropped down. Haku was now freefalling towards Lars. He knew what to do, though. The Sannin had told him to catch him only seconds before. Surely he wouldn't betray him when he really needed his help.

Lars caught Haku and then fled outside of the Rain Library to a different area, since the Library would be decimated into nothingness along with Hiro as well.

Hiro glanced up moments before what considered to be his demise. "These Akatsuki were so eager to flaunt their fancy perks and powers, too busy trying to produce a one-hit K.O. that they forgot about the key elements of warfare. A seasoned old man versus a pair of youthful Akatsuki really seemed to be quite a challenge; it no wonder why they were capable of apprehending Zatoshi." Suddenly the Windmills Shurikens Electro-Magnetic Energy began to charge, drawing closer to the central point of the circle. "Although strong, these Akatsuki are still human, and present flaws. Its only a matter of time a patience until they are exploited." The large electrical monstrosity began to crawl from its slumber in the sky as the orb of energy was complete.

Within the slightest moment of the beasts inevitable strike, Hiro unleashed his Electromagnetic overload, as it pulsated outward; fanning across all immediate terrain. It would eventually hit Lars, it would eventually hit Haku, but the effects of this EMP would only become clear once it hit Kirin. Upon his charging decent to the ground, at the exact moment Kirin came in contact with the EMP, he would seem to freeze in place from his 1/1000 of a second speed when in reality he was just moving in slow, suspended animation. They all were; all except Hiro that is. With this brief 3-5 second window Hiro leapted upward, creating a single handsign as he transformed into a bolt of lightning. Since they were all in suspended animation, they would have the time to see the strategic bolt of Hiro penetrate the power line and surge through it, like a monorail system to safety.

As for his esteemed friends of the Akatsuki, the effects of the Electromagnetic Overload would soon wear off, returning things to the way they were; well almost. For you see, the Electromagnetic Overload had a tendency to make things feel three times heavier due to its downward gravitational pull. This would cause the Akatsuki to move slower, and Kirin to fall faster.

((Exit. Just so you know, now that you guys are much heavier, you move much slower; Unless your like Kirin who is falling straight down. Then you would be moving much faster.))

Lars left with Haku anyways since the EMP did nothing to him, the Kirin destroyed the Rain Library, with a mighty roar of thunder.

Reaching the library from the training grounds, Saku walked up alongside the old library. He then turned the corner toward where the front entrance used to be.
The young Hatake then got an idea.
As he stepped inside the blasted out remnants of its former walls, he crouched down at an overturned bookcase. Pushing it aside, he found a single small book still undamaged. Wiping the dirt from its covers, he found it was a childrens book. 'Ameton for kids: Academy techniques'
Of all the things in this library to survive, it had to be one too teach someone like Ahri.
Standing up, Saku decided on what his next move should be. Trying to remember where he could find raw materials he set off in a general direction for what he needed.

Arriving back at the library with his ragtag group of workers, Saku spotted the raw materials he had deposited earlier. This would make the job he had in mind alot easier to accomplish.

Beginning with the already existing debris, Saku told all the other laborers to stand back a second. Walking into the center of the old ruins, he made a handsign. As he did so, a blast of electricity radiated outwards clearing the rest of the area of wood timbers and anything else.

Next, him and the workers set about setting up a barrier to keep the workspace dry. They would need this until they managed to attach the roof back on the old building. So, struggling against the wind, they erected a tarp over the lot that would hold the new library.

Next, the group seperated out the necessary tools and supplies to make the construction even possible. Organizing the lumber according to what it's uses were made everything alot easier. Once everything was organized they went to work.

First up was checking the foundations and making sure that the drainage systems still worked in a building like this. If they didnt then the place could easily flood and take on water from all the rain that gets dropped on a yearly basis.

Once that was checked, they set about strengthening the old foundation as well as starting on the ground floor of things. Since the library just had to work, they werent concerned with elaborate plans so their building was simple and followed the previous libraries design scheme.

Now that they reinforced the structures integrity, they could move on the rest of the building. Saku who had never done this kind of work before eventually began to take lessons from the more experienced craftsmen.

Splitting themselves up, the laborers and Saku all went about recting the walls. Since several men were assigned to assemble each of the walls. After several hours they had managed to fasgen the walls to the flooring.

Next came the roof, which was much easier than Saku anticipated.Laying down the cross beams for support, they laid the basic wooden frame down. Next went up the metal rain sheets that would funnel the rain down the roof and away from the buildings foundations.

Finally after several days of work, the library that was destroyed in the war against the Akatsuki had been rebuilt. Saku placed the few syrvivingbooks back in their bookcases and hoped other ninja would donate what was lost or destroyed.
