Tegan grinned when she was placed on Nani's team. Good! Now she wouldn't have to aim at her friend. She ran her laps, before taking flight and looking for a bludger. She saw one headed towards her best friend, and flew in, trying to protect her. She aimed it back at Donella.

Lizzy sighed a relief after hearing that she wouldn't be playing in the scrimmage. She liked the game, definitely, but she didn't like having bludgers after her (who did?). She dutifully ran her laps—now used to them enough not to be breathless at the end—before taking off on her broom and circling around, keeping her eyes peeled for the pitch. Charlie seemed to have spotted it already, maybe it was nearby?

Couldn't get a ticket, it was a sold out show

Chance flew up after he ran his laps and started looking for a target. He immediately spotted a bludger headed for Nani and watched as Tegan tried and failed to block it. Narrowing his eyes, he flew toward it and decided to redirect it elsewhere toward Lucien. Hopefully that would distract Donella enough.

Nani barely missed the quaffle, and instead donned a determined grin. She flew after Laili, glad when a nearby bludger was swatted away by Chance. He'd probably saved her at least one broken limb! She reached out to try and steal the quaffle, hoping to turn this thing around.

Nani missed the steal, but kept flying alongside her friend. After a second, Ivar appeared, easily swiping the ball away. Nani grinned and turned to follow the older boy, though her head jerked up when she heard him call her name. He casually tossed the ball back to her, allowing the second year to tuck the ball under her arm as she kept up the flight toward the goals.
