No. She's being put down. I've tried everything within my resources, and she's just getting worse. I don't have the time or money to go any further with treatments that probably won't work, so I've chosen to end things before she's in great pain.
It's really hard, but the alternative is bankrupting myself or letting her suffer.

I'm staying at my parents' place for the week, which is conveniently in the middle of nowhere.
Yes, I'm going to bury her, and yes I'm allowed. My stepfather owns some land.
