Well, you wouldnt really be proving the odds wrong by using different dice, but changing them. Im not really sure what the odds of getting a 40 on the dice you were using are, but its bound to be different then using 5 d8s.

The odds are a little less then 1/32000, so 100 pages isnt nearly enough to say that someone has definatly won.
