Well... not if the coffeeshop uses two cups of cream (yes, cream, not milk) in their hot chocolate and are generous with the chocolate syrup, the cocoa, the creme de cacao, and whipped cream.
That's how my work does it. We use cream in our hot cocoas and that's a bit of caloric intake if one constantly drinks it.

I think they limit you to how many free things you can get though. ... If it's a huge amount anyway.

People get crazy about their food. I'll never work fast-food again. I'd rather be homeless.
My jobs have both included unlimited free refills at the food counter for employees.
