Kerri: Well, if I remember correctly, wearing the ring on the right hand with the heart pointing outward or away from your wrist is like saying your heart is 'open' and you're completely single. Wearing it with the heart pointing inward is like saying you're in a relationship or your heard has been 'captured' by someone, which aren't exactly the same. You can be single but still into a specific person.
Wearing the ring on your left hand with the heart pointing out is like using it as an engagement ring, and inward says that you're married.
