"I wuv you too." Milly cooed, kissing Daemon on the forhead afterwards just to screw with his head. Despite the teasing, she kept a firm yet gentle grip on him so he wouldn't fall on his butt when he squirmed.
Larai looked over at Kai, embarassed with her choice in clothes. "Could you..uh..answer the door? I feel awkward doing it myself at the moment."

"So you were ready to go out dressed like that just to prove your friends wrong, but you'd 'feel awkward' answering the door? What a wuss...." Kai said rolling his eyes before going to open the door. "So this is the little bundle of joy, huh?" he said horribly unenthused as he looked down at Daemon with a flat expression, the demon baby giving him the same look.

Milly nodded, smiling brightly at them both. It was almost creepy the way she smiled, sort of like a Stepford Wife. "Daemon, this is my nephew Kai. Kai, this is my ungreatful hellspawn out to kill me, Daemon." Milly was quick to hand Daemon over to Kai, not even waiting for a response. "Now, you two get along~" she said in a sing song voice as she skipped off.
Larai blinked a couple times at the scene before bursting into a giggle fit. "Miss Milly's as energetic, as always."

"I know dad sometimes says I was a horrid little monster when I was a kid, but I would never expect someone to introduce their kid like that, much less Aunt Milly." Kai said as held Daemon up at arm's length, wanting as little to do with this babysitting thing as possible, with a look that said 'I can't believe I'm doing this.'

"Maybe she forgot to take her medication today. I know I've heard that Aunt Milly gets kind of crazy if she doesn't have her medication. Something about a lifetime of stress driving her to the brinks of insanity or something." Larai said, remembering what Marianne once told her during one of their visits when Larai noticed a huge box of the same type of potion. Afterwards she walked over to take a look at Daemon and giggled. "I don't see what's so wrong with him. He's absolutely adorable!"

"Adorable?! Clearly you're not seeing the death glare he's giving me right now!" Kai said as he was, indeed, receiving a death glare from Daemon. The hellspawn remembered the face of the brat that put him out of commission and in this situation to begin with from way back when.

"He's glaring? Really? I just thought he was constipated." Larai said in wonder. "When do I get to hold him? I've never held a kid that adorable before! Usually the only kids I'd get to hold are the snotty, whiney ones who somehow managed to blackmail me into giving them a piggyback ride wherever they wanted for a week."

Larai grinned at Daemon, hoping she'd eventually be able to find a way to cheer him up. She walked over and sat on the couch, moving Daemon over to sit in her lap. "So, is there anything I can do to put a smile on that cute little face?" she asked the boy with a broad smile.

Larai was still a bit slow and had somehow retained a portion of her innocence over the years, so she had no idea that she was actually being sexually harassed by a demonic pervert. Instead, she thought that Daemon was just a sweet little affectionate child. She hugged him back and grinned all the wider.
