Has it ever been so quite that your ears actually start making sounds for you to hear so that it isn't actually quite. I am hearing music, replays from today's Pats/Jets game (which I didn't watch), and other radio/tv esk types of sounds.
I wanted to move out the city to get away from noise...now my ears and brain are conspiring against me to make it themselves.

Ladi: Yes, that has happened to me. It might be a sense of tenitis -- and could be that you're still recovering from the noise pollution of the city. A few days of as-much-silence-as-possible should help.
