Sadly despite all my campaigning I haven't been made World Ruler yet...
If I was everyone would have one get our of jail free card for the murder of any one person. (Granted you would have to do some paperwork and argue your reasons why the world would be better off without the person you plan on killing, but I think it would be worth the process.)
Secondly if I was World Ruler said person might already have been killed do the IQ & Common sense testing I would do to cull the population back to only those deserve to live because they are slightly above average intelligence and up and they know what to do with their knowledge.

@Pandy: Well you know Thaliat was going to be my left hand lady. She was going to be incharge of the IQ tests (anyone who fails three IQ tests by getting under a 90 three times dies instantly - that was her job to kill them, or if they failed two IQ tests & two common sense tests - you get three tries for each - is also given death.) After the testing was completed than she was going to be incharge of the Armies. Seeing how she doesn't support my cause anymore than I would have to pick a new left hand lady...You could earn yourself that position Pandy. But I am sure you won't be the only one working for it.

Do you have proof? >.> Telling from your grammar, spelling and vocabulary when you type I can assume that your IQ is between 110-120 at the least.
As I was telling Pandy under my system you get three shots at each test. You only have to score over a 90 to not fail the IQ test and once you pass you can't be made to retake it until there is proof you cheated.
As for the common sense test, I can tell you have that because you become very upset watching other people's blatent stupidity. And again the same rules apply for this test too.
