Hematite is great for grounding. One of the best I know of...but most black stones are good for grounding, protection against magic and emotional health.
For names, Jet Black and Black Tourmaline are probably my favorites. biggrin

Hematite and Tourmaline both sound nice. I dunno why bu I dont like Jet as much..

Jet Black is probably taken, Ladi, it's something everyone would have thought of... and after what a couple of friends of mine did to help protect me..... I think I have the most protected room in all of Florida, adn definitely the most protected house....

Champ, I have a rock collection with over 400 different types and colors of stone, gem, semi- & precious, metal & fossil. This includes a calcite orb the size of your head to help cleanse rooms.
Rocks are my life (sad to say) which is why I want to go to school to become a geologist so that I might have a future merging my spiritual believe with science.
