Rosabella evaded Joel's attempt at stealing the quaffle. The second year's mistake was that he swiped too early and hadn't actually gotten close enough for a firm grab. The fifth year made eye contact with Arianna and instantly tossed the quaffle to the younger girl. Hopefully, she could try to score.

Ari watched as Joel failed to steal the quaffle from her teammate. The redhead couldn't help but grin at the young boy's determination. She glanced at her own teammate and caught the silent communication for the pass. Ari felt the red ball sail into her hands and looked towards the goals. They were close enough for a shot. The fourth year wound up and chucked the large ball as hard as she could towards the gold hoop. She crossed her fingers hoping the ball would make it through. Her team was already down one goal to none.

Alexandria, floating on her broom in front of the goalposts, had been pretty bored for the duration of the tryouts. That was until the chasers finally made their way towards her and Arianna threw the quaffle with what seemed to be all her might. Bracing herself, Alexandria dived for the ball.

A smile spread across the keeper's lips as the quaffle landed firmly in her grasp. Alexandria eyed Joel, who had been the closest chaser on her team, and tossed the ball to him. Kid's gotta practice, Alex told herself as if that was the main reason she wanted to give him a shot with the ball. Although that was a good reason, it wasn't the only one. The seventeen year old hoped that it would get stolen from him and that the other chasers could manage to try and score on her again. After all, she needed some fun, too, didn't she?

Nina cringed a bit when the bludger hit Rosa as well. Alright, she had to whip ada into shape! That was when ada aimed at Joel. That was smart. Nina raced towards the younger kid to hopefully block and redirect at ari.

Addie wasn't paying attention as another bludger shot through the air towards her sister. Her older sister was hit hard. Addie grimaced knowing full well she was going to hear about that one later. It was official every chaser on her team had been hit. This was officially embarrassing. Trying to recover some face Addie lined up another Bludger this time aiming at Celaena.

Ari swore loudly as a bludger smashed into her left arm. The girl tenderly placed her hand back on the broomstick trying to stabilize herself. The injured arm protested with sharp pains. It's probably broken... this is going to make things just a little more difficult. Doing her best to ignore the injury Ari watched as Alex tossed the ball to Joel. Time slowed as Bella attempted to steal the quaffle midair but missed. The fourth year decided to attempt to steal the red ball from the young boy. Hopefully, she would stay on her broom.

Leonette watched the game from her spot in the air. So far things were looking good. Bella seemed to be doing quite well same with Nina. It seemed Ada was having a tough day but other than that she was doing really well against a more experienced beater. With that Leonette blew her whistle. "Alright guys time for a break come on down and get some water." she told them before touching down. "I've got healing potions for those that need it." she added before passing out potions and bottled water. "I just want to say you're all doing really well and I'm sure you will all continue to do so." Leonette told them before added. "After our break we'll get back up for another mock game."
After a few minutes of breaking she looked over her team. "Okay, this time Celaena you switch teams with Ari and Nina, please switch with Ada. Danica you can go after the snitch with Julius. As for you Pru I'd like you to take the position of Keeper for the gold team and I'll be filling the third chaser spot." Leonette explained. With that she realized the quaffle again and let her housemates go at it.

When the whistle blew, Dani floated down to the pitch, where Leo was gathering the group. It was a good thing she was calling a break now, as there were several of her teammates whom were injured from getting hit by Bludgers.
Thus far, she was duly unimpressed by her own performance; the only goal scored by anybody was against her. 'Not exactly a ringing endorsement of my skills,' she thought, as she collected a bottle of water and cracked it open. 'At least now, I'll have the chance to fly around, and compete with Julius.' The irony of her thought wasn't lost on her. If she was stuck as Reserve Seeker, she wouldn't get to play in a real game until Seventh Year, after Julius graduated.
'Time to fly hard,' she thought, as Leo changed things up, and put Pru in goal at one end of the pitch, and let the balls loose. Dani launched herself into the air to begin her quest for the little golden ball.

Nina went to save celaena but then Leo called for a break. She listened as they were told what was going on as she drank some water. She realized that she couldn't aim at the captain. But she could certainly aim at Tanya now. And she had some hell of a reflex. Nina looked over to Ari and grimaced. "Sorry! It's Part of the game yeah?" She apologized for the hut before taking off again. It wasn't okay because she would be aiming again... Well at least she would aim at Tanya first.

Julius nodded as he landed and Leo rearranged the try-outs. Well, it looked like he'd have competition this time for the snitch. Taking off after Danica he began his search of the snitch.
After landing on the pitch, Rosabella downed a small bottle of some sort of healing potion. The effects began to take place immediately, for the ache in her lower back disappeared. Thank God, she thought before Leonette announced the rearranged teams for the next round of tryouts. The brunette was about to fly up after the quaffle; however, Celaena was already well on her way to getting it.
