63-80: You flew brilliantly! Everything just seemed to work. You took no damage and came out without a scratch. You were on point! You even managed to get a few of your wingmates out of close calls and warn them of trouble. Be proud! You flew well. Now you can only hope your superiors saw or heard of such glory. Just don't get too much of an ego.

81: Your dragon got hit! Roll a D4 to see how it goes!
1. The wound is fairly light and looks like it will heal within a few days times, and won't leave any scarring.
2. The wound is a bit deeper, but manageable. You'll need to clean it out the next sevenday and watch for infection, but otherwise, should heal with only minor scarring. Your dragon will complain about it itching then next two to three sevendays--don't let them scratch and tear it open!
3. Well, you thought the wound was healing up fine but now you find out it's infected! Someone didn't do a very good job cleaning it out with redwort, clearly. This is going to cause your dragon pain, and likely need to be re-opened, re-cleaned, and any puss drained. This wound is uncomfortable and may make your dragon prone to irritability then next few weeks. You'll be visiting the healers regularly until the infection is under control.
4. Oh Faranth. Your dragon winds up with a case of severe infection and actually may need an ichor transfusion. They are sick, weak, and ill. They still well could die. The dragonhealers find dragons willing to help. It's up to you whether or not the transfusion works or not; if the dragon does not survive the infection or the infection is caught too late, they could die. Recovery will still take likely a month after a successful transfusion as the dragon recuperates and is cleared to return to the Wings.

1: You're not sure what happened but you flew horribly! Both you and your dragon wound up injured and will be down for some time. Roll an extra D100 to see how long you're out!
1-50. An entire sevenday! Ouch! Better make sure those wounds stay clean.
51-80: Two to Three sevendays. A little longer than you hoped but some wounds require a bit more time to heal.
81-90: One to Three months. Consider yourself temporarily grounded and will likely wind up in the Queen's Wing before being back up to snuff. The injuries were substantial but you'll make it with time.
91-96: 4-6 Months. Yikes. You and your dragon are going to need some major time to recuperate and some time for therapy. They'll likely need to return to the Queen's Wing before going right back to a Fighting Wing.
97-99: 6-12 Months. Oh dear. Healers have some mixed feelings about whether or not you'll make a full recovery. Whatever happened, someone lost some limbs or was so horribly wounded it's going to be a very long road to recovery, if you ever fully recover. Recuperation, and rehabilitation will likely be necessary. You'll definitely need to be n the Queen's Wing before you go back into a fighting wing.
100: Permanently Grounded. Your dragon might not ever be able to fly again, or you lost enough of your limbs that it's going to be a long, long, time before you go back up IF you ever go back up! Time to hang up those knot. [If you don't want to permanently injure your characters, feel free to simply re-roll a number between 51-99 instead. :3]
