@Arc - I hear you. I hate being dependent on my family... and I try to NEVER let my female friends cover my a** for me. If we're going out to get something to eat, and I'm starving but have no money, I'd rather sit there and starve while watching them eat than have them pay for me. Then again, that's probably just me being stubborn and not wanting to rely on anyone.
Also, 5 of them? Oh my...

I consider it cheating Pancake and... a lot of my guy friends seem to feel the way you two do, even when I'm trying to be extra nice and cover paying for stuff they won't let me!

I'm also out. Just waiting on a phone call through skype that should be coming in at about 3ish... Sooo, any minute now.

He has a job and he pays rent. That's two things none of my other bf's had (one had a job). He also has goals, which again, all but one didn't have. He pays for food when he can and that's more than the majority of my bf's have done.
