Penny listened to the captain and then in turn followed Belle. Mounting her broom she rose into the air. Watching as the girl in charge of them raced off right to start with and the other boy followed after. Penny went right after them doing her best to see what the girl had seen. Life ❤ ~ ❤ ~ ❤

Second Year, 𝔅eater
Dominic hovered, his rippling blue eyes keeping tabs on strategic plays, dynamic dives, and angled passes from the new team, several first years always catching his eye. The last few bludgers he had thrown had all missed, but he wasn’t too phased— this was only practice, after all, and it’s not like any one would be taunting him, either.
He reared back his broom, a bludger of black suddenly looming in the distance. He leaned forward and dipped sideways, curving with the grace of gravity as he soared from one of the field to the next in a whirling rush of wind. The harsh rip of wind cut his ears as he whipped back at the last minute, readied his bat, and swung with all of his might, his target trained upon Amanda.

Belle hissed under her breath as she snatched for her broom, nearly losing her balance from trying to snatch the little snitch out of the air and claim it as her own. At the last moment, it whirled to the right, so she did too, only—not fast enough. It spiraled in her sights and she narrowed her frame close to her polished broom, gaining speed as the little ball suddenly plummeted down to the ground, and now with gravity on her side, she raced after it. A rush of green grass was rising and rising, faster and faster and just at the last moment, she kicked her broom back and raced upwards, her right hand suddenly free and sprawled out in the air as she moved to steal the golden ball once again.

 ~_~ Vanessa Hopewell ~_~ Sixth Year ~_~ Slytherin ~_~chaser As was normal for the Sixth year chaser, Vanessa was floating above the first year chasers watching them. She was waiting for the right time to attempt a steal. The blond wasn't completely sure when she had picked up this steal technique but it seemed to work so why question it. The same thing went for her below steal. After a while the slytherin spotted Amanda go in for the steal as well as Dominic hit a bludger at her. That was the perfect timing. The soft spoken girl turned her broom dowards towards the firt year chasers. Her hand outstretched for the scarlet ball. --/5 posts --❤-- --- --❤-- --- --❤--

She dipped forward to send her broom downwards, and as her speed and angle increased, the bludger missed her completely. A small growl lurched from her throat as only wind swept between her fingertips, marking another miss. Color blind, she had always known that pursuing quidditch would have never been easy, but if it had been easy, she probably never would have given it the time of day.
Behind her, she heard a first year, hot on her trail, it only made her smile widened, wondering who it might be behind her. She have paused to look, instead, she hurried her pace, racing after the elusive golden ball, reaching for it once again.

Woooosh! A rush of wind flew past her, a flurry of blonde hair nearly slapped her shoulders as a second year swung for the snitch. She missed, but barely, and Belle couldn't resist the grin that reached her lips. Almost a laugh penetrated-- she loved the challenge.
Biting her lip, and inching closer and closer to the edge of her broom as long nimble ivory fingers lunged for the snitch.

   Darius cursed at himself why was he having such trouble seeing the damn ball was he blind. He flew around to try to locate the snitch from another angle. Hoping that there was a chance he could spot it. [1] [2] [3]

Vanessa had been floating below the team of new quidditch players watching as Amanda had tried multiple steals to her one. That really didn't matter though after all it was just a practice match to see which of these three would be able to play and be reserved.   Virgil smiled as he avoided another steal. He thought it was enough to impress for now at least. He threw the ball to Eretria since if he didn't pass the ball now and then the other may not want him and his skills, and it didn't hurt to make the lesser stars feel good. {life 1} {life 2} {life 3}
