Kogru simply nodded to the girl. "Yes..." He heard piano being played. "Humph... the music needs to be pumped up a bit.. i need my FOB... or Hit the lights.. or something dancable..."

Entering the ballroom, she took it all in. Couples were dancing gracefully across the floor, as if the were simply floating. At this sight, she sighed. Why'd I talk myself into this? I'll only make a fool of myself. And with that thought, she tripped over her own two feet. ..And I even wore flats to dissolve that problem. Hopefully no one saw. And she headed over to sit in one of the many chairs lined along the wall, figuring it was safer than just standing there.

After a few minutes, she could no longer stay still. She slowly got up, careful to be sure that her skirt wasn't caught on the chair, or anything else that could become an episode. Once her body was fully straightened out, she headed towards the refreshments table. Pouring herself a cup of punch, she slowly tapped her foot to the beat of the infectious music, making a nice clack with the sole of her shoe, the sound blending well with the piano. After only a few minutes, she had already downed three cups of punch and was slowly moving her hips along with the music. She opened her eyes from her last sip of her fourth cup, and noticed the cheese and crackers. Ooo! Provolone! She thought. She shoved a few pieces in her mouth, chewing ravenously. Glancing to her right, she noticed the disturbing expression on the man behind the table's face. Thinking about what could make someone make such a face, she realized it was her. Hmm...maybe I shouldn't make it so noticeable that I haven't eaten yet. And with that, she stuck a few more crackers in her mouth and walked back over to her seat.
