Kuuuuuu-saaaaaa! ^_^
To be perfectly honest, I really AM pretty upbeat most of the time. (You can ask Kusa for confirmation...) ^_^ And the egg cream from last time was pretty tasty; another, please? mrgreen
@Pisces: Have you seen Spring Awakening? (It's a new-ish Broadway musical)

@Pisces: Have you seen Spring Awakening? (It's a new-ish Broadway musical)I haven't seen Spring Awakening, but I reeeeally want to. I remember seeing advertisements for it for the longest time. ^_^ What's it about? Antebellum... as in the South before the Civil War? It was a sort of dialect... I dunno.. the southern drawl thing... Can I get just a frozen margarita please?

I'll take whiskey, on the rocks. Crown Royal preferably.
...When I drink hard liquor, it's gonna be top shelf stuff.

*Leaps out of Kerri's shadow and huggle-glomps her* I think I can have lots of fun with this ability ^_^

It's based on a late 19th century German play about, well, teen drama, to be quite honest. smile It's a great show, well ahead of its time (it was regularly banned due to content, and is even a bit risqué now), and the music is by Duncan Sheik.
It's very interestingly done; whenever they break into music, it's to express "inner thoughts" or life, and the characters slide microphones out of their costumes and sing (and are choreographed) in a very "boy band" style, which works exceedingly well, and quite a bit better than you might think from the description here.
I was asking, by the way, 'cause early on during a company number, one of the characters, was, ahem, pleasuring himself reading aloud in rather antebellum tones. All the parts. (I was laughing so hard I had my fist stuffed in my mouth to avoid disturbing the peoples around me...)
@Kerries: hehehe I could adopt you as my little sister... mrgreen

*is still a minion from several days earlier* Tell Sanzo I said so, if you please, Pandi. ^_^ She should understand.
Ah, I understand now, Aretoo. Risque content makes it even more appealing! I've always been sort of oddly attracted to that particular period of time, even though the Civil War is an appalling piece of U.S. History to me.
Takes his margarita. Thanks, Erv. And don't worry about it. ^_^
And welcome, Pandi. ^_^
