but if its already badly injured it probably won't live long anyway, killing it quickly wold probably be more humane then letting it go and letting it die slowly

Or he could take it to a veterinary hospital(even if it is just a mouse or rat). Talking about it won't help, he can do what he wants. Although he could kill what could have been a healthy animal.

Roleplayerx23 I am very humane, just not insane about mice. They are bugs with hair. bugs... with hair... i wouldn't call them all that mice are cute, rats are disease ridden ><;;
